As you might know, I’ve been all about self-care lately. Life has been beating me down and I’ve been trying to fight back with foot baths and bubble tea. Did it work? Hell yeah it did, bubble tea can solve any problems!

Seriously though, having self-care related spreads in my Bullet Journal was probably my greatest help. They cheered me up, reminded about all the amazing things in life and gave me plenty of ideas on how to relieve the stress.

One of my main ways to relieve stress is actually doodling, so I sat down and draw some self-care related doodles. They are all super simple and you can easily replicate them in your BuJo.

What Are Self Care Doodles?

While doing the stickers, I mostly thought of the things that make me happy and bring me joy. Things that can distract me from the world and bring some peace.

What things bring YOU joy? If you were to create your own self-care doodles, what would they be? I really hope you’d have a BuJo doodle there! Bullet Journaling is my absolute favorite way of therapy.

I also added a bathtub there, but I’ll be honest with you, this is a high-end commodity I simply can’t afford. In my 8 years in China, I only saw one apartment with a bathtub. I think by now I don’t even remember how it feels to take that sweet bubble bath with all the delightful aromas, a good book and a glass of champagne….

Oh man.

Where was I? Oh right. Yeah. Let’s get into an important thing! How you can use this free printable in your bujo!

How To Use Printable Stickers

First, you need to sign up for my free Resources Vault in the signup form below. Once you get your access code – head straight there and find the file named “Self-Care Sticker Sheet”.

You‘ll then be able to download a PDF file, which you can open with Adobe Acrobat (completely free and safe download). The file is A4 size.

Next step – use some sticker paper and print it out! Just make sure you choose “fit” in “Size Options”. and TA DAAAA! You got your sheet of stickers!

If you’re using just a normal paper to print them out, a great option would be to use a special adhesive tape to stick them to the pages.

Final step – use an X-ACTO knife or a pair of scissors to cut them out.
