You can definitely just use anything you already have and still end up with stunning Bullet Journal headers, but it’s fun to make it a bit more special, and if you’re looking for something extra, here are the best thing to get.
- Sakura Pigma Micron – these pens are some of the best fineliners on the market. Their black archival ink will make all your headers look sharp.
- Tombow Fude Brush Pens – these small brush pens will allow you to create the most intricate headers, especially for smaller elements. Plus, of course, you can use them for brush lettering.
- Crayola Super Tips – when it comes to recommending markers, these are some of the best you can get. They come in so many colors! And they are pretty affordable.
- Bullet Journal Stencils – these will not just help you with setting up your Bullet Journal pages but also will allow you to easily create decorations and banners you can use to enhance your headers.

Bullet Journal Christmas Header Ideas
Headers are a fun and useful way to decorate your Bullet Journal, and Christmas gives you a lot of ideas and inspiration on how to make your headers stand out.
In this blog post, I've gathered several header and title ideas from different creators, each bringing their own style and aesthetics.
Starting with these beautiful December headers that are okay around with traditional Christmas patterns. I especially like the one that is shaped like Christmas lights.
These headers have an entirely different look to them, with soft pastel colors. Somehow, it makes me think of babies and the little fairytale books I read as a child.
I almost feel like this set of headers is Merry Christmas written in different languages. Eithre way I like the different fonts and the play on holiday colors.
I think these have a more classic and aesthetic Christmas feel to them; they offer beautiful black lettering, which contrasts so well with red and white details.
In case you want to replicate those but worry because you don't know how to bruch letter yet, don't worry, you can always do some faux calligraphy ionstead.
