Free Printable Bullet Journal Habit Tracker PDFs
Free Bullet Journal printables are one of my favorite things to create, and today I’m so excited to share these habit trackers with you.
Building new habits can be a real challenge, but having a visual way to track your progress makes all the difference. It’s so satisfying to see all those little squares filled in at the end of the month!
I know that setting up a new tracker every month can take time, especially when you’re busy. That’s why I designed these printables for you. You can add them to your journal in just a few minutes and get straight to building those positive routines.
Whether you want to track your water intake, exercise, or reading time, there’s a design here that will work perfectly. This collection has a little something for everyone, and I’m happy to offer each habit tracker pdf free for you to download and enjoy. Let’s get you started on your habit-tracking journey!

Habit trackers are some of the most impactful pages you can create in your Bullet Journal; after all, we are a combination of the little things we do every day.
At the same time, building new habits is no easy task, and usually, pretty quickly, the novelty wears off, and with motivation gone, the new habits are all but forgotten.
For this not to happen, a habit tracker layout is definitely a lifesaver, and it is always faster to do it with a printable rather than spending time creating one yourself. And here you’ll find plenty of different trackers for all kinds of occasions and in different designs.
So let’s dive in and check them out.

How To Use Printables In Your Bullet Journal
I want to take a moment to explain how you can easily incorporate these printables into your Bullet Journal. When I first started, figuring this out felt like a big hurdle, so my goal is to make sure nothing holds you back.
The most important step is making sure the printable matches the size of your journal. If it’s already formatted for A5, which is the standard size for most Bullet Journals, you’re good to go. If not, you can tweak your printer settings to scale it down to A5.
All you need to get started is a printer and some paper, though there are also a few extra tools you can use if you want your printables to look even more tidy and professional.
Here are some of my top recommendations for supplies to help you use printables:
- High-quality printing paper. Especially if you’re planning to use any markers on your printables, you need to have a high-quality paper. Otherwise, it will damage your pens. I prefer using HP Premium Paper.
- Paper cutter. You can definitely just use scissors, but I find that you always get cleaner cuts if you use a paper cutter like this Firbon paper cutter.
- Corner rounder. I find that most journals have rounded corners, so it would be a fun idea to cut your printables the same way. You can do it yourself with a pair of sewing scissors like I do, but I would recommend using a corner rounder instead.
Hopefully, that clarifies it all, and you’re ready to get printables and start using them in your journal. So, let’s look at the ones I found for you here.
Oh, and if you need more, at the end of this post, I have a link to a detailed post with video tutorials at the end, if you need one. But in the meantime, let’s dive into the printables!

Bullet Journal Habit Tracker
Let’s start with your standard habit trackers; they are available in several different designs and formats and would work for any type of habits you want to work on.
There are trackers available for 30 and 31 days

Mood Trackers
These are very important ones that will, as the name suggests, help you track your moods and, therefore, understand yourself and your inner world better.
I created several different themed mood trackers, so you can find something that works for you and whatever theme you’re doing in your journal.

TV Tracker
Not all the pages in your journal have to be functional. It’s ok to have pages just for fun, like a TV tracker.
And with this printable, you’ll be able to have fun and try out this layout with no time or effort investment on your side.

Book Tracker
This is both a fun and functional layout. You can use it to track the books you’ve been reading, or your TBR list, so next time you’re looking for a book to read, you have a list of recommendations
This printable is pretty simple, but it’s the whole idea – that way, you have more space to customize it however you want.

Health & Fitness Trackers
When it comes to living your healthiest life, you have plenty of habits and activities to track. And I’ve created several trackers to help you build your healthiest self.
Here you can find weight loss and workout trackers, as well as a step tracker.

Bullet Journal Tracker
This is the tracker I created to help you track how often you are using your Bullet Journal. But it could go for any habit you want.
Since the theme is books and journals, I would use it for things like journaling or maybe reading. It could also be used as a mood tracker.

Water Tracker
Hydration is a simple thing that can bring so much change to you, and yet somehow I find it so difficult to maintain.
This tracker will help you remember every day to meet your water drinking goal, and it will be so satisfying filling out those bottles as your day goes!

Birthday Tracker
A birthday tracker is not necessarily a needed page; you can just as well add all the birthdays to the future log. However, considering how many other things you add to your future log, it makes sense to have a separate layout so nothing is really forgotten.
This printable is in black and white and very simple, so you have plenty of space to play around and customize it to fit your style.

Period Tracker
I’m not even starting to explain how useful it is to track your cycle; I’m sure everyone who has a period knows that.
These printables will help you track in style and build that new habit of always noting what your body is doing.

Study Tracker
If you’re a student or studying anything at all, you’ll find it useful to have a study tracker – it will motivate you to allocate a little bit of your time every day to whatever you’re learning.
It’s a basic layout, but only because it’s the one that functions the best and will allow you to easily have a visual view of your studying progress.

Sleep Tracker
Last but not least is this sleep tracker that is an easy way to ensure that you’re getting enough sleep every day.
It’s actually a powerful page, especially when combined with other trackers like a mood tracker, so you can easily see the connection between your sleep routine and how it affects your awake life.
