I have been paying more attention to myself and realized that 9 is the ultimate number that works for me, and I recommend you pay attention to your body and find your golden number.

Create a bedtime routine that signals your body it’s time to wind down. This could include relaxing activities like reading or meditation, which prepare you for a restful night’s sleep. By valuing sleep as an essential pillar of productivity, you can enhance not just your work performance but your overall well-being.

Staying productive in today’s fast-paced world is a challenge many of us grapple with. By understanding what productivity truly means and implementing practical strategies, we can significantly enhance our efficiency and satisfaction in both work and personal life.
