I find that before you start with it, you might want to go through some self-care ideas and ask yourself what some things you need more care and love with are.
"About Me" page helps to think more about where you are in life and what are some things that are going well and some things that aren’t. This, in turn, helps you to see better in which areas of your life you need to show more love.
