Stationery Recommendations

When creating a page in your Bullet Journal it’s important to use the supplies you love and you find helpful so that the process is fun and enjoyable and you end up with the look you were going for.

At the same time, it can get pretty confusing and overwhelming in the world of stationery since there are so many brands and options out there.

So here are just some of my recommendations, which I especially love for creating any self-care related pages.

  • Archer & Olive journal. I often find that having a pretty and high quality journal is already soemthing that motivated me to use it. These are my absolute favorites! And I actually have a separate journal just for my self-care and mental health. Oh and the best part – you can get 10% off with my code MASHA10.
  • Sakura Pigma Micron. A great fineliner is a staple of every Bullet Journal page, and your self-care trackers are no exception. These pens are smooth to write on and perfect to draw your spreads, plus they have archival black ink. Beautiful! And they come with different nib sizes, so you can add a bit more variety to your lines.
  • Tombow Dual Brush Pens. These brush pens are amazing and can create beautiful brush lettering, but they also come in 100+ colors, so you really can find something that fits your aesthetics. For self-care pages, my go-to are pastels.
  • Washi Tapes. I love the idea of decorating your pages with washi tapes. It’s an easy way to add spark to your Bullet Journal pages, and there are so many designs to choose from that you’ll definitely find soemthing that fits your style.
  • Tombow Fude Brush Pen. These pens are perfect for beginners, with a smaller tip which is easier to control. They are great for creating those smaller brush lettering headers on your pages. But they are also great for drawing!
  • Stickers. There are plenty of practical and decorative stickers out there that would help you with creating the most intricate pages in half the time. This particular shop is my favorite with their gentle designs that just automatically make me think of cozy evenings with a book or spa days.

Now that you have all your supplies ready and excited to get started, let’s look at some of the ideas I found for you.
