Archer and Olive Subscription Box Review

Sharing is caring!

Something new came out on the Bullet Journal supplies market – Archer and Olive subscription box.

So let’s talk about some pretty cool stationery!

First a disclaimer – I’m actually a part of the Archer and Olive design team so I got this box free of charge. However, this post is not sponsored.

I’ve been a huge fan of Archer and Olive products since I first heard about them and I really wanted to work with this amazing brand, so I was very happy when they invited me to join their design team.

So to be clear – I started working with them because I loved their products and what they stand for.

But with that out of the way, let’s talk about the box!

This post may contain affiliate links. They will be of no extra expense for you, but I receive a small credit. Please see my Disclosure for more details. Thank you for supporting Masha Plans!

What Is the Subscriptions Box?

By the end of 2020, Archer and Olive released a new product – a subscription box, which is full of amazing products any Bullet Journal addict will love.

The boxes actually sold out in one day (how crazy is this!), which just proves to you how great it is.

Ok enough gushing about the box! Let’s talk about the details. I’ll tell you all I can without spoiling much, so you can still have this surprise wonder feeling when you open it.

There will be also an unpacking video at the end, so be sure to check that out to take a look inside this magic box!

About The Box

The first box is on sale from 23rd November till 10th December (but actually sold out in one day!). So when you decide to get yours be sure to get it as soon as it’s out for sale.

You can always find the dates for sales for the next boxes on my Instagram, I share all the information I can as soon as I know it.

The box retails for $70 with $175 worth of products inside. But of course, you can buy it for $63 if you use my affiliate code MASHA10.

We will talk a bit more about what’s inside the box but I can promise you – it’s new products and never seen before designs!

While you’re subscribed to the box, you also get a subscription for Club A&O, which gives you access to exclusive content and printables, a VIP Facebook group.

You also get quarterly Q&A with Bonnie, the creative mind behind Archer and Olive, as well as a quarterly giveaway!

And of course, as a Club A&O member, you get early access to buying all the new Archer and Olive releases. Considering how fast things usually sell out, this is a great perk to have!

Yes let me put some shameless promo here – we collaborated with Archer and Olive and I designed some stickers which you can already find on pre-sale.

You can still use code MASHA10 to get 10% off your order and they will be shipped to you after December 10th. I hope you love my designs coming to life!

But back to the boxes.

There is a limited amount of boxes available each month and they won’t be restocked once they sell out.

But! If you miss the box this time you still can get the next one.

About The Subscription

All subscriptions are different, so let me clarify a few things about this one.

Archer and Olive is a quarterly subscription, meaning that you will get a new box every three months: December, March, June, and September.

You will be billed quarterly and there will be a discount if you subscribe for more than just one box. These details will be available in March, and I’ll add this information as soon as I know.

The cool thing about this box is that you also can just buy them one by one, so if you’re not ready to commit, you don’t have to miss out on it completely.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. All you’ll need is just to email Archer and Olive customer delight specialists at [email protected].

And the best part – the box is available for international delivery, so wherever you are you’ll be able to get this little bundle of joy to your doorstep.

What’s In The Box

Here is the best part of the post, where we will be talking about the box contents.

Here is the thing though – I don’t want to spoil anything for you, so even though I’ll mention everything that is in the first box for December 2020, I won’t be showing it all.

If you want to see it – check the unboxing video I’ll be adding later at the end of the post.

So what’s in the box? First, let’s talk generally.

Each box will be different from its predecessor, so don’t expect to have the same set of things in the next box.

But I can promise you this – each box will have some completely new items and never seen before designs.

In each box, there also will be a dot grid journal with a limited edition design available just for the subscription box.

If you follow my Instagram stories, you’ll see some sneak peeks and a list of items in each new box. But we will still not show all the items, so the designs are a surprise for you.

I will be posting my unboxings as soon as I can, so you’ll be able to see them on my YouTube channel. But the boxes might be sold out by that time, so it’s at your own risk.

What’s In The First Box?

Since I’m writing this as Archer and Olive release their first box, I can tell you what’s in this box.

Even though each box is different, this can give you a better understanding of what to expect.

  • A5 Dot Grid journal with a limited edition design available just for this box

I can only post this preview picture, but believe me when I say – this journal is dreamy! It had a white faux leather cover and holographic page borders.

They truly look amazing! I can give you a closeup of just these two, but believe me, the other two are just as beautiful.

Do you know what’s the best part about these? One of these pens is in silver, and it looks stunning!

Here is how the colors look on all 3 kinds of paper.

  • A pencil pouch

Can’t show you but I can say this – it will go so well with the journal cover and the journal in the box!

  • Dream journal guide

A fun guide on how to create your own dream journal, I’m definitely making mine soon!

  • 3 months subscriptions to Club A&O

I already mentioned before what cool perks you get from joining the club.

My Opinion

Ok now that we know what’s in the box, let me share with you my unboxing video and my opinion on the box as a whole.

I’m absolutely addicted to this box. To be honest, all I can think of now is when will the next one come.

I love that they listen so much to their customers and that this box -for example- included the most amazing journal cover ever! It’s absolutely dreamy, and it’s so perfect.

I also love that the box came with a journal with an exclusive and unique design that will not be repeated. That’s how I know my journal will be extra special. I wanted to use it for my 2021 journal but I had to set up my pages earlier so I decided to put this one away for the next time.

The whole idea with never-seen new products is impressive, it makes it so much more exciting to open the box since you don’t know what you’ll see inside.

Like I was so stoked to see washi tape there, and the silver acrylograph pen – just wow!

At the same time, it’s an amazing premium brand so you know that the products will be amazing and of great quality, even if it’s not something you ever see in their stock.

I also really enjoyed that the box was kind of thematically united. All the goods are in a similar color palette and match each other so very well. It actually looked like a perfect set to start a Bullet Journal, with a journal, a cover, pens, and some washi.

It gave me quite a lot of inspiration for my Bullet Journal, I think I’ll do a theme or two with just these supplies.

Ok, here it goes – what you’ve been waiting for all this time. Here is the unboxing of the very first Archer and Olive box.

Discount Code

Finally, let me just remind you again that you can get 10% off your Subscription Box (or any item on Archer and Olive for that matter) with my affiliate code MASHA10!

Archer and Olive are high-end premium products, so I’m happy I can get you a little discount and bring some joy with their amazing products.
