Free Bullet Journal Habit Tracker Printable Pages
Free Bullet Journal printables can transform your habit tracking game from scattered sticky notes to an organized, visual system that actually works. We’ve all been there โ trying to remember if we drank enough water yesterday or wondering when we last took that vitamin.
That’s where habit trackers become your best friend, turning those good intentions into consistent routines you can see at a glance.
Building lasting habits doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or require fancy apps with endless notifications. Sometimes the best approach is the simplest one: pen, paper, and a well-designed tracker that fits your unique lifestyle. That’s exactly what you’ll find in this collection of free habit tracker printables from talented creators who understand the Bullet Journal community.

There’s also something deeply satisfying about the psychology behind habit tracking. We’re wired to crave progress, and every checkmark or colored square gives us that little hit of accomplishment. It’s like giving yourself a high-five throughout the day. Plus, when your goals are manageableโlike reading one page or doing five push-upsโthey feel totally doable even when your schedule is packed.
The beauty lies in how these small victories create momentum. Each completed habit builds your confidence and makes tackling bigger challenges feel less intimidating.
This list is here to help you get started on your tracking journey with some free printables that are ready to use right away!

How To Use Printables In Your Bullet Journal
Before we look at the free printables I’ve created and found for you, I want to make sure you know exactly how to add them to your Bullet Journal.
And if you need a more detailed explanation, you can always check the end of the post, I have a blog post with a video tutorial and step-by-step instructions that will take away any confusion.
But in two words, this is how it goes.
The key is ensuring the printable fits your journal. If it’s already in A5 format, which is the standard for most Bullet Journal notebooks, you’re all set. If not, simply adjust your print settings to A5.
To use printables, all you really need is a printer and paper, but there are other tools that can help your printables look more polished and fitting.
Here are some of my top recommendations for supplies to help you use printables:
- High-quality printing paper. Especially if you’re planning to use any markers on your printables, you need to have a high-quality paper. Otherwise, it will damage your pens. I prefer using HP Premium Paper.
- Paper cutter. You can definitely just use scissors, but I find that you always get cleaner cuts if you use a paper cutter like this Firbon paper cutter.
- Corner rounder. I find that most journals have rounded corners, so it would be a fun idea to cut your printables the same way. You can do it yourself with a pair of sewing scissors like I do, but I would recommend using a corner rounder instead.
Hopefully, this makes it clear how you can easily add these and any other trackers to your Bullet Journal pages, so let’s dive in and find you a perfect tracker that fits our needs and your style.
