45 Healthy Habit Tracker Ideas
Among all the Bullet Journal page ideas, habit trackers are probably the most influential.
These simple tools can truly help you become a better version of yourself by encouraging consistent positive habits and shedding light on areas that need attention. They work wonders when it comes to building structure and accountability, especially in areas like health.
It all starts with small, intentional steps. A habit tracker makes it easy to set, monitor, and visually celebrate your health-related goals. Seeing your progress unfold on the page each day can be incredibly motivating—it’s like having a personal cheerleader right in your journal!
In this post, we’ll explore some creative and effective health habit tracker ideas. They’ll help you stay on track and build a lifestyle full of vitality and balance.

Building new habits is a difficult thing to do, especially if you’re mostly surviving on chocolate and cup noodles and trying to become that girl who drinks enough water and has salmon for lunch (in case you’re wondering, I am talking about myself and my constant struggle with a healthy lifestyle).
I think if something if hard to do, you have all the right to use all the help you can get, and a habit tracker is a wonderful tool to help you with that.
Using a habit tracker will provide you with that extra boost of dopamine every day to keep you motivated and keep on going and working on your better habits.
There is something so special when you have evidence in front f you that you’ve been doing this new habit for a week nonstop. You feel better about yourself, and you feel like you want to keep the streak.
OK, enough of talking you into using a habit tracker. Since you’re here, you’re probably already sold on this idea. And if not, check the end of the post for more resources.
Oh, and keep scrolling to get some FREE printable habit trackers and other pages to help you reach your health goals.

Stationery Recommendations
Before we dive into the trackers, I want to take a second and mention some supplies that I think you’ll love using for your trackers, as well as any other Bullet Journal pages.
So here are a few of my recommendations:
- Fineliners. These are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages, and I recommend trying Sakura Pigma Micron. They also come in a set with different nib sizes so you get a wider variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers. If you’re obsessed with color like I am, chances are you’ll want to add color to your journal pages as well. Your choice of markers will depend on the colors you prefer, but my top recommendations are Crayola Super Tips, which can also be used for brush lettering, and Zebra Mildliners.
- Brush pens. Something to add brush lettering or maybe even color to your pages! I recommend Tombow Fudenosuke for a small brush tip and Tombow Dual Brush for a larger brush tip.
- Washi tape. I love washi tape and how it allows you to easily decorate your Bullet Journal pages in no time at all. Thankfully, there are washi tapes with all types of colors and patterns, so you can find something that fits our aesthetics.
- Habit trackr stencil – there are plenty to help you easily set up all kinds opf habit tarckers. This stencil will help you create beautiful montly trackers.
Ok, you have your motivation for change, and you have gathered all your supplies. Let’s find you a tracker!
