45 Healthy Habit Tracker Ideas

Sharing is caring!

Among all the Bullet Journal page ideas, habit trackers are probably the most influential. They really can help you to become a completely new person.

And it all starts with health. So in this post, you’ll find some health habit tracker ideas to get you on track with building a healthy lifestyle.

Building new habits is a difficult thing to do, especially if you’re mostly surviving on chocolate and cup noodles and trying to become that girl who drinks enough water and has salmon for lunch (in case you’re wondering, I am talking about myself and my constant struggle with a healthy lifestyle).

I think if something if hard to do, you have all the right to use all the help you can get, and a habit tracker is a wonderful tool to help you with that.

Using a habit tracker will provide you with that extra boost of dopamine every day to keep you motivated and keep on going and working on your better habits.

There is something so special when you have evidence in front f you that you’ve been doing this new habit for a week nonstop. You feel better about yourself, and you feel like you want to keep the streak.

OK, enough of talking you into using a habit tracker. Since you’re here, you’re probably already sold on this idea. And if not – check the end of the post for more resources.
