Monthly Review Bullet Journal Page Ideas
I like how each person uses their monthly review in a different way, and I think it’s a good idea to check what ways are there.
So there are great not only to get inspired by designs but also to see what you might want to include in your monthly review spread.
I love how detailed this spread is; there is so much information, and it’s all well-structured.
I’m also incredibly in love with this handwriting.
I love this page and the idea of dividing each category into a stylized type of box. Kind of reminds me of my "positivity notes" spread. It's well organized but also has space for creativity.
I really love how this spread has a color scheme with different shades of purple.
This also seems to be more like a memory page, but no rules here; you do your review any way you want.
My own approach to monthly reviews is a combination of fun, doodles, stickers, and photos, and the structure with me replying to exact questions each month to see my progress.
Jess always has the most beautiful pages, and this one is no exception.
I love the happy, bright orange colors and how well-structured the page is.
Kraft paper makes everything look a little bit fancier, wouldn't you agree? I like that there are so many sections here for all the entertainment stuff, especially music.
Beautiful review in a mind map format. I really love how much space it gives you.
No restrictions, you can just wing it, and it will end up looking great anyways.
It is a beautiful spread, and of course, I love all the pink.
I love that there is space for a photo and that there is a wonderful section about future excitements.
I love the gentle browns of this spread and how there is space to hide your journaling cards.
I’m also loving the prompts for this review and how the artist added “to improve” section. It’s always a good one to think about.
This is an entirely different format for a monthly recap, where the creator added a few main things that happened and added some journaling around it. Journaling is always a great way to put your thoughts to paper and commemorate important events.
Music is a great way to connect yourself to memories, so it's really fun that this monthly review is next to the playlist. Plus, I love that there is this big monthly tracker to evaluate your month.
Another example of sectioned monthly review, and I love how much information she fits on these two pages. I also definitely think it's fantastic to have a section for accomplishments and things you're most proud of.
This is like the entire month in one view.
I love how much it looks like a memory page, and there is so much visual representation.
One more mind map-style monthly review page and I like how it's very clear and easy to understand from just one glance.
These flowers are absolutely stunning; the geometrical patterns on the flowers look amazing.
I also think it’s a clever idea to have a monthly review and the focus for the next month next to each other.
Another great monthly review spread and it's interesting how this one is mostly divided by different sections of life.
This is such a beautiful spread, and the bright colors make it look even happier. I love that she has sections for accomplishments, difficulties and lessons learned. I think that helps a lot with growing every month.
This is definitely more of a memory-keeping page, but if you want to do more memory work on your monthly review page, nobody is telling you that you can't.
Fun one-page monthly review spread and I really like that the creator managed to include health-related things like average steps and sleep data.

Stationery Recommendations
As always, I can’t leave you without sharing some stationery recommendations.
These are some of the supplies I think would help you in creating your perfect monthly review spread:
- Fineliners. The blood of your Bullet Journal they are perfect for creating any page. I love these.
- Markers. If you want to add some color, you’ll need some for sure. I recommend starting with these.
- Icon stencils. These would help you to add more definition to your category boxes; you’ll just need to add an icon instead of adding a full header – save space and time. I recommend these.
- Grid guide stencil. This nifty item will help you to speed up the process of setting up because it gives you all the dimensions, and you don’t need to do the math when you divide your page. You can definitely try this one.
