Bullet Journal Brain Dump Page Inspirations
A brain dump is one of the best Bullet Journal page ideas to help you manage your brain and feel less overwhelmed.
This post will help you find a fun way to create a brain dump in your Bullet Journal to make it not just useful but also cute and creative.

Do you ever feel like your thoughts are all over the place, and you can’t seem to keep up with them? Are there times when your ideas look scrambled even on paper, no matter how much effort or time you spend trying to organize them?
If this sounds familiar, then a Bullet Journal brain dump might be the perfect solution for finding calm in the chaos of the everyday grind!
We won’t be talking about how to use a brain dump in this post, though. You can find a very detailed blog post with all that information at the end.
Here I want to share with you some inspirations on how to creatively include a brain dump spread in your BuJo.
Oh, and there is a free printable as well, so be sure to scroll until the end.
Brain Dump Bullet Journal Page Ideas
Of course, for Bullet Journal fans like us, I had to compile a list with inspirations on how to create a brain dump page.
It doesn’t have to be a long page to create or a very artistic one, but I thought we could all use different takes in case you want to make it a bit special.
I had to start with this beautiful brain dump page!
It has a lot of space for writing and is even divided into sections, but it’s also decorated with this extra cool brain doodle in the middle.
Lenny always creates beautiful spreads, and this brain dump is no exception.
I like how she dumped everything in different fonts and different sizes. It makes it look really different and creative.
A beautiful brain dump that confirms that the best decoration is sometimes just beautiful handwriting.
A cool thing about a brain dump is that you can just use simple doodles from your current monthly theme to decorate the page.
Or use the same colors.
Such a fun idea to create a little brain dump for your future Bullet Journal setup!
I love this brain dump!
First of all, it’s so colorful. I love how much it adds to the entire atmosphere of the page. Plus, I love the way things are kind of sectioned off.
Everything looks fantastic with kraft paper, including a brain dump. And I love that there are those little separate sections here.
Barbara has a very cute and unique style, and I’m glad to see that she brought it to the brain dump page as well.
It’s not something I could’ve done – drawing faces is incredibly hard for me (who am I lying to, it’s impossible!), but I love what Barbara did.
Finally, this little page. I love how much space it has for all the things.
Plus, it might be a fun idea to rename your brain dump with this header.
What I love the most about a brain dump is that you can decorate it with anything you want to fit any theme you're currently doing.
I love this aesthetic look and all the beautiful decorations. It's also a clever idea to use two pages for a brain dump, so you get to have enough space for all the tasks and the big header.
Another way you can set up your brain dump is by dividing it into different categories and topics. Very helpful!
I wanted to include this one because it's pretty, but also because I really love the creative way the author named this page.
I absolutely love how this brain dump looks and how it's so full of creative elements like doodling, lettering, and quotes.
WHat a wonderful and gentle spread! It allows for so much space to wite down all the ideas, and the header in the middle is absolutely incredible.

Supplies For Creating A Brain Dump
You don’t need much to create a brain dump, because it’s mostly a huge list of tasks. You probably just need a good pen; my favorite writing pens are Pilot G2 or Muji Ballpoint Pen.
If you feel like being a bit more creative and doing a brighter title, try my favorite highlighters or Stabilo colored pens.
So yeah, anything you already have in your collection would work well.
