Must-Have Reading Journal Supplies
Of course, the supplies you'll use will differ depending on the style you're going with, but these are some basic items that I think anyone with the reading journal.
Let's dive in!
The first thing you'll need is a journal. If you want to create your own pages, you'll need a blank journal, and my favorite is the Archer and Olive dot grid journals. They look stunning and have absolutely amazing paper as well.
Plus, you can get 10% off with my code MASHA10.
If you want to have some pages already made for you, here is a good option for a reading journal. It comes in several colors and has plenty of pages for book reviews and different trackers.
You'll need a good pen to add all the pages to your reading journals, and these fineliners are the best out there for sure!
You'll need highlighters for your reading journal pages, but you can also use them to highlight things in your books. These are definitely my favorites.
Sticky notes are always a welcome sight when it comes to working with books, and just like the highlighters, you can use them for pages inside your books as well.
These are amazing pens for adding color to your reading journal pages, and among the 100 colors in this set, you'll be able to find some that fit your aesthetics.
They also are pretty affordable, and they can be used as highlighters and for brush lettering as well.
Fantastic set of stamps, and the benefit here is that you get to use them repeatedly, unlike stickers.
I think these stamps look absolutely fantastic on a reading journal page since they add a little bit of retro feel to it.
These 400 mini paper sheets come in so many different colors and will definitely add an aesthetic feel to your reading journal pages.
This printer is portable and ink free; you can use it for many things! For a reading journal, you could use it to print your book covers for a reading tracker.
A reading journal means that you'll probably write a lot, so a set of pens will always be a welcome addition to your stationery collection. Plus, these are also colorful so that you can add a bit more variety to your notes.
Awesome sticky tabs that will be useful when you're reading. I would say these are more to use inside the books, but I'm sure you can come up with a way to use them in your reading journal as well.
