Must-Have School Supplies For The Perfect Semester
I know I talk a lot on this blog about Bullet Journal supplies, but what about school supplies? Well, I believe I’m a bit of an expert in these as well.
Whether you’re heading off to college or high school, taking classes online or in person, there are so many different factors to consider. One of the most important things is what school supplies you need to make sure that your semester goes smoothly!
In this post, we’ll go through must-have items that will ensure your success during the upcoming semester. With the right gear on hand at all times, writing papers and taking tests just got a whole lot easier!
Actually, Bullet Journal supplies and school supplies have a lot in common since it’s both about better learning and taking notes.

School Supplies
As you might know, I can talk for hours about stationery. But we don't want to have a blog post that is a 2-hour read.
So here, I picked only 11 supplies to get you started. But I'm sure you'll love them!
The first thing you probably need is a notebook to take your notes and such. There are many excellent journals out there, but these are probably my favorite. They have high-quality paper and a dot grid, which is my go-to for anything these days.

You'll need a good set of pens for school, and these are amazing! Plus, they come in different colors so you get to add more of a visual element to your notes as well.
Transparent sticky notes are really a game changer when it comes to studying. Apart from adding them to your school notes, these will allow you to add notes straight to your books without damaging them.
If you're looking for a good reliable black pen, these are probably your best choice. The ink flows smoothly and the grip is very comfortable.
A good highlighter is definitely a must-have for school, and these don't just come in beautiful colors but also come with two ends, so it works as a highlighter and a marker.
You'll need something to store all your school supplies, and this pencil case is not just super cute and comes in many colors, it's also large enough to hold all your supplies.
School usually comes with a lot of paperwork, but it doesn't mean you can't use something cute to store it all. This folder is adorable and will fit tons of documents for you.
A glue stick is often on the list of things to get for school, but I prefer getting adhesive tape instead. It's cleaner and easier to use, for sure.
This might be a bit extra, but these brush p[ens will definitely help you create beautiful headers, divide your content better, and just generally make things more aesthetic.
You usually need a ruler, whatever kind of study you're doing. And I love this one because it's foldable, so it doesn't take that much space, and you can easily fit it in any pencil case.
Finally, you'll probably find these very useful, since you can use them in your books as well as mark important pages in your school notes.
