Stationery Recommendations
If you have just one trusty writing pen, you can already create many fun and outstanding headers and titles for your notes.
But since you’re here, chances are you’re looking to expand your stationery collection. So here are a few of my favorites.
- Sakura Pigma Micron – these pens are some of the best fineliners on the market. Their black archival ink will make all your headers look sharp.
- Tombow Fude Brush Pens – these small brush pens will allow you to create the most intricate headers, especially for smaller elements. Plus, of course, you can use them for brush lettering.
- Crayola Super Tips – when it comes to recommending markers, these are some of the best you can get. They come in so many colors! And they are pretty affordable.
- Bullet Journal Stencils – these will not just help you with setting up your Bullet Journal pages but also will allow you to easily create decorations and banners you can use to enhance your headers.
Ok, with al lteh supplies at the ready let’s look at some simple titles you can easily create in your Bullet Journal.
Simple Title Ideas For Your Bullet Journal
Titles can easily elevate your pages, but that doesn't mean they have to be complicated. Here are a few ideas that you can create easily, even if you're a complete beginner.
Let's dive in!
I love how cute these titles are, making them a smaller size really makes them more adorable. And I love the contrast between black and purple.
Date headers are probably the ones that you use more often, and they are an easy tool to make your weekly spreads stand out.
An easy and interesting way to elevate your titles is not just by using different fonts, but by adding other elements, like banners and little doodles.
Color is probably my favorite way to elevate titles, and look at how amazing these look! This creator really went for it with the bright colors, and it absolutely paid off!
Using calmer pastel colors can help you create a completely different feel to your titles, and again, I really love the contrast of light blue and dark black of the pen ink.
These titles look amazing, but if you look closer, you'll see they all consist of simple elements you can easily recreate in your own journal.
Even if you don't use any color, just one black pen is really enough to create some stunning titles, especially if you use banners like these.
These look great, and if you just play around with the thickness of your pen and different colors, you can use the same ideas and make them look completely different.
These ideas have a beautiful color combination, and the colors are somewhere between pastel and bright.
The only thing I would like to try is to use a thicker black pen to create a stronger contrast.
How different the titles look when you use beautiful pastel pink, and how well it works with the black of the pens.
To create beautiful titles, you don't really need a lot of elaborate and extravagant stationery. This creator proved it - a black pen and Stabilo highlighters are just enough.
These titles are incredible, and you can see that some of these are actually made with brush lettering. And in case you don't know how to brush lettering, you can always use faux calligraphy.
Just open a pen and a few pretty easy-to-recreate fonts, and you've got yourself some beautiful titles that will elevate your Bullet Journal pages.
Super sweet looking titles, and I think the key here is that the letters are small and chunky. I also really like the soft peach color the creator used here.
I love the color the creator chose for the title ideas; it would look perfect for an under-the-sea or a space theme in your Bullet Journal!
Colors are a great way to elevate titles, and I think it's a wonderful way to also hide any imperfections, which is what I often find, especially when doodling.
Last but not least is this set of title ideas. The creator combined all the elements: varied fonts, doodles, and banners to create a few unique and fun ideas.
