Why Use A Sleep Tracker
before I share the freebies, I wanted to talk a bit about why you should use a sleep tracker and how it can help you. After all, it’s more than just a trendy Bullet Journal page to try.
Sleep trackers are wonderful aids in helping you understand your sleep patterns, offering a detailed look at how you spend your night. This insight is invaluable as it enables you to pinpoint areas for improvement, paving the way for a more consistent and restful sleep routine.
Beyond just monitoring, sleep trackers can significantly boost your health and well-being. By identifying potential sleep issues, you can address these problems head-on. This proactive approach can lead to enhanced sleep quality, which in turn supports immune function, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
As you start getting better sleep, you’ll likely notice a positive ripple effect in other areas of your life—better mood, increased energy, and a heightened sense of overall well-being.
Moreover, tracking your sleep can lead to more informed lifestyle choices. When you have a clear understanding of how various factors like diet, exercise, and stress affect your rest, you can make adjustments that align with your sleep goals.
This awareness not only improves productivity by ensuring you’re well-rested for the day ahead but also empowers you to take control of your sleep health. In the long run, a sleep tracker can be your secret weapon to achieving a balanced, productive, and healthier lifestyle.
So, hopefully, now you are excited to start using a sleep tracker and improving your life, so let’s dive into the printables.

How To Use Printables In Your Bullet Journal
When I started thinking about printables, my biggest worry was how to add them to my journal pages and make them look seamless. So, let’s have a few words about that.
Adding printables to your Bullet Journal is pretty easy, but there are a few tricks to it. So, to ensure you do know how to do it and don’t feel intimidated by the task, here is how you do it.
And if you need a step-by-step guide, even with a video, be sure to check a link at the end of the post.
It’s all about making sure that printable fits snugly in your journal as if it were meant to be there. If the printable is already cozied up to an A5 size (the Bullet Journal’s best friend), you’re golden. If not, just make sure you toggle printing settings to A5.
Another part of adding printables is using the right supplies, so here are some of my top recommendations:
- High-quality printing paper. Especially if you’re planning to use any markers on your printables, you need to have a high-quality paper. Otherwise, it will damage your pens. I prefer using HP Premium Paper.
- Paper cutter. You can definitely just use scissors, but I find that you always get cleaner cuts if you use a paper cutter like this Firbon paper cutter.
- Corner rounder. I find that most journals have rounded corners, so it would be a fun idea to cut your printables the same way. You can do it yourself with a pair of sewing scissors like I do, but I would recommend using a corner rounder instead.
You really only need good paper and a pair of scissors, but if you want more, get these. It’s really a great investment if you’re planning on using a lot of printables, plus they all are pretty affordable.
Now that using printables is not that intimidating, let’s finally take a look at all the free printable sleep trackers you can get!

If using a monthly sleep tracker is too much, you can always start small with a weekly sleep tracker. These particular trackers are for weekly sleep tracking and even give you an area for notes on how well you felt after that night's sleep.
A lot of sleep trackers come in black and white, so you can color and customize them as you wish, but you might want one where all that is already done. This beautiful sleep tracker has you covered; print, and use it right away, surrounded by beautiful colors.
I love printables from this creator because they provide a lot of different formats to choose from, and each can be customized a little bit. So basically, every printable here can be created just for you with some custom tweaks that fit your needs.

Here is a very different approach to a sleep tracker - instead of vertical, make it horizontal! That way, as you can see, you have enough space to add notes about your feelings and rest levels.
This adorable sleep tracker template is available in frames of different colors, or you can just cut off the frame and add color however you find best. It also uses a very pretty font for all the numbers!
Here is a very organized sleep tracker. I really like that the creator added a little bar with energy evaluation. That way, you can better understand your sleep needs.
