There are so many different supplies out there, and it's easy to get lost with all the variety. That's why I'm always looking for more and writing more posts on the topic, so you can easily find the best supplies for you.

We're starting the list with journals, and for an aesthetic look, I can recommend Notebook Therapy. Their journals are great, but I personally did have an issue once with their delivery times. So my advice would be to order a journal well in advance since there is a chance it might take longer.
