Stationery Recommendations
Let’s have a quick chat about stationery, specifically supplies that will help you create beautiful themes this Fall.
Here are my favorites, especially for Fall themes:
- Sakura Pigma Micron – a great fineliner is a must-have for any Bullet Journal spread, and these are some of the best for sure!
- Tombow Dual Brush Pens – they have a lot of beautiful colors, including different shades of orange and other Fall beauties. Plus, they are great for adding color and brush lettering!
- Colorful Paper Notepad – especially a kraft paper one, but I like the others as well. These notepads have 160 GSM paper and come with a dot grid, so there are a lot of fun ways you can use them. You can also get 10% off with my code MASHA10.
- Washi Tape – there are many wonderful washi tapes out there, and you can definitely find some that would fit our aesthetics, but I think these ones are something special and always add style to Fall-themed pages.
- Tombow Fude Pens – brush lettering adds style and character to any Bullet Journal spread, and I think it would be amazing for Fall-themed pages as well.
Now that you have all the stationery prepared, let’s look at some ideas for your next monthly setup this Fall.
Bullet Journal Fall Themes
To help you fin your perfect idea and the right inspiration, I’ve gathered here 13 pages from different creators, each with their own style and aesthetic.
I’m sure you’ll be able to find the idea that speaks to you. So let’s dive in!
Reading in cozy months of Fall, with a hot coffee and fluffy blanket, is a special treat, so I think this theme is an absolute banger! I also really love the colors the creator used on this cover page; it really captures the essence of Fall.
Kraft paper is more about adding something to your Bullet Journal, but it can absolutely be a separate theme as well! And I always think that kraft paper looks the best on Fall pages, adding that extra cozy effect to it.
Flowers can be a theme for any month of the year; you can't convince me otherwise! And anyway, always remember that it's your journal, and you can do whatever you want with it.
Fall leaves are something special - there are so many beautiful colors to choose from! Here is a fantastic example on how to create a whole theme around it.
I don't know why, but foxes are always Fall animals to me, probably because usually they are orange like the Fall leaves. This one is red, but you can see the creator added some falling leaves for a more autumn-themed atmosphere.
Moon and stars are beautiful themes, and I love how you can approach them in so many different ways. This created added kraft paper and accented it with rich black lines. It looks simply stunning!
Next up is the mushrooms theme. It's definitely something for Fall since it's a season of harvest and the best time to forage for mushrooms. I love this theme, especially because you can play around so much with different shapes and colors of the mushrooms.
I don't bake myself, but when it comes to Fall, I simply can't help but think of those hot, freshly baked pies on the Thanksgiving dinner table. So why not bring your love for pies to your Bullet Journal pages?
I think stationery is a staple of Fall themes, considering in many countries September is the start of the school year. I love this take on the theme and the beautiful colors the creator used.
I had to add at least one theme idea based on Halloween. This particular one also stole my heart because the creator used kraft paper. I just love the look of kraft paper contrasting with the look of Bullet Journal pages.
Coffee is a big part of Fall; who doesn't want to get a pumpkin spice later the moment the leaves turn orange? Or have a hot cup of coffee while reading your favorite book by the fire?
That's not really what I do. A cozy fireplace is not part of my Lisbon apartment, but I love its feel and aesthetics. You an use that to create your theme!
Or you can go on a more fun and colorful road as I did with my take.
Last but not least is this fun and creative theme for September - a pastries shop. It looks beautiful and intricate, and it's a great example of being inspired by materials since the creator was inspired to try this by her new set of Faber Castell Gelatos.
