Most of the pages you use in your Bullet Journal are monthly or weekly, but there are actually plenty of yearly pages that can be just as beneficial!
Actually a lof of pages, like trackers, can be turned into a yearly page rather that monthly. And there are plenty of benefits to hacing a yearly page.
Yearly pages allow you to visualize your entire year at a glance, making it easier to plan ahead and maintain consistency. Plus, with a yearly pages you just need to create one for an entire year, rather than doing it over and over again each month or week.
The big drawback I see from using yearly pages, is that a few of them have information that might be changing as the year goes. You might start the year wanting to track your moods, but find in some tie that it’s not really your cup of tea.
Or you might create a goals page and in a few months realise that you actually have copletely different goals now.
It’s really up to you to decide whether you want t create your yearly pages or not. I always recommend you to try it out and see if it workd for you. Personally, I like having one big yearly page, even if a few months into the year I find that things changes and that page dosn’t reflect my reality anymore.
If you’re here, you’re probably ready to give yearly pages a try, so let’s get some ideas and see how they work for you.

Stationery Recommendations
Before we dive into the spreads, let’s talk about some supplies that you might need to create these oages.
Now I sat might need, becasue you really can create a spreadwith just one black pen. But really wound’t it be more fun to use more different stationery? I always fidn that just getting a new marker might inspire me to create a new design for my spreads.
So let’s stay motivated and let me share just a few of the pens I think you’ll love.
- Fineliners. You’ll need those to draw all the lines and tables. Plus, if you want to decorate your tracker with doodles, these will be perfect as well. Currently, Sakura Pigma Micron are my favorite fineliners.
- Colorful pens. If you want to add some color to your entries, a set of colorful pens could be your best tool. Lately, I’ve been loving Paper Mate Flair pens.
- Brush pens. Small ones are great for creating beautiful headers or doing any type of drawing. I recommend using Tombow Fude Brush Pens.
- Makers. You’ll need a good set of markers, and Zebra Mildliners are my favorites. But really, markers depend on what kind of color you like.
Ok, you’ve got all your supplies prepared, let’s look into the yearly pages you can try in your journal.
Bullet Journal Yearly Page Ideas
Like with everything, your yearly pages include ideas for productivity, self-care, organization, and fun.
As always, I recommend you think on what are something you need help with in the upcoming year and choose the pages accordingly. And if it's just some entertaining collections that help you have fun, this is fine as well!
After all, your Bullet Journal is not about getting organized; it's about you and what you want and need.
I'm starting with my favorite idea—a vision board. I truly believe in the power of manifestation, or rather, in the power of our brain if we set it on the right path. So, a vision board is a staple for me.
It's also a fun idea to have a vision board in your Bullet Journal since this is something you open every day, so you can always have a little sneak at your vision board and remind yourself why you do what you do.
Another yearly page you can try is a yearly goals page, and for the example, I chose a level 10 life technique. It's a great way to evaluate your life and use that information to help yourself set the right goals for you.
Here is a great page for your reading goals - write here all the books you'll be reading that year. I love how, for this particular book tracker, the creator added so many different extra sections, like a rating of the book.
If your goal for the year is to take care of your physical health, maybe a yearly workout tracker is a way to go. I like how the creator added different types of workouts to track, so you can work on different muscles and generally have a variety to your physical activity.
This is more like a page you add when the year is over, but I find that this page is one of the most important ones since it allows you to take a look at the year, highlight the important moments and the lessons you learned, and evaluate how your year went.
The year in Pixels page is basically a yearly mood tracker. There are many benefits you can get from tracking your mood, and I'd definitely recommend you try that out.
This is, of course, one of the basic pages for your Bulelt Journal, but it's a yearly spread, so I had to include it here. It's a perfect page to plan your year in advance and add all the important dates coming up.
I love the idea of a bucket list; I think it's a beautiful reminder of all the things you love and want to do. It's important to have such a list since we tend to get so wrapped up with everyday responsibilities that we often forget to do the things we love.
I love this page and actually create one every time I start a new journal. I think it's a great way to check up on yourself and see how your life is going. I find that these pages are also very valuable when you look back at them; it's like seeing your life story on the pages of your journal.
This is a type of memory page, and I love this idea. You basically add a picture from each month of the year, and that way, you create a fun little outlook of your entire year.
It's also a great reason to print out some of your pictures. And if you're wondering, I'm using HP SProcket to print my photos, and the paper is already a sticker so it's perfect for this page!
A birthday tracker is basically a future log but just for your birthday. You can definitely add birthdays to your future log, but having a separate page will help you never lose the important birthdays among all the other appointments.
Cleaning is not necessarily a fun chore to do, and it's easy to be overwhelmed by it all or to lag behind. But if you have a yearly tracker like that, you'll have a visual representation of what to do every day to make sure your place is always sparkling clean.
A grid guide is an amazing page that will help you absolutely hack your page setups. WIth a grid guide, you'll be able to set up your pages faster, since you'll already know how to divide your page into equal parts for whatever setup you need.
