Hello Planning Mashers!
Printables are a fun way to try out new pages in your Bullet Journal, as well as speed up your monthly setups.
Today I’ll be sharing with you free printable habit trackers. There are different styles and themes, so you’ll find something befitting your taste.
I’ve started creating printables for our Resources Vault pretty much as soon as I started my blog in 2018.
So as you can imagine, it’s full of all sorts of printables, including Bullet Journal trackers.
However, I understand that my style might not be something you like, so I gathered here trackers from other creators.
This post may contain affiliate links. They will be of no extra expense for you, but I receive a small commission. Please see my Disclosure for more details. Thank you for supporting Masha Plans!
What And Why Of A Habit Tracker
A habit tracker is basically a tool that helps you to track and monitor your daily habits. Groundbreaking right! But that’s just what it is.
The main idea is pretty simple – you write down the things you want to track and note in the tracker every day that you follow through with your habit.
There are some incredible benefits you can gather from it:
- Motivation to establish new habits
- Encouragement to keep on going
- Find patterns in your behavior
- Achieve your goals
There are so many ways you can use your habit trackers to improve your life and so many ideas.
If you want to dive into these more, check these posts:
Ok, I think we covered the intro into habit tracking, so let’s dive in and take a look at these habit trackers.
Note that these habit trackers are from different creators, so you’d have to download them separately, except for, of course, the ones from Masha Plans Resources Vault.
Also, all these habit tracker printables are free, so that’s a sweet bonus!
Mini Habit Trackers by Masha Plans
Let’s start with some mini trackers I have in the Resources Vault.
These are great for your weekly spread, or if you prefer separated calendars for all your trackers, which is currently my favorite format.
You can sign up and get your access to the Resources Vault at the end of the post, or just click the link HERE.
Mini Habit Trackers by The Petite Planner
Erin from The Petite Planner is a beautiful artist, and I love her habit trackers and other things she does.
I know it’s not printables related, but I just want to mention that I’m a huge fan of Erin’s courses. They helped me when I started my own Bullet Journal.
You can check her courses HERE, and you can use my code MASHAPLANS to get 15% off any of her classes.
And, of course, you can get these mini trackers from The Petite Planner HERE.

One Habit Tracker By Stampin Fool
Sometimes less is more. It’s very accurate when it comes to habit tracking.
When you start working on better habits, it’s important not to start everything new but instead make small steps and minor changes.
I, for example, track only about four habits a month. But maybe f you’re changing something big – just one habit is all you need.

Free Printable Circle Tracker By Paper Trail Design
These half-circle trackers look great, and you can download two different versions.
The tracker is for 31 days, but it can easily work for 30 and 28 days as well, just cut out an extra day, color it off, or maybe use a whiteout.

Such a beautiful mandala tracker! And I love that it’ just half a circle one.
I bet if you print it and color the mandala, it will look even better.
You can get the undated mandala habit tracker HERE.
Speaking of the mandalas, I also have a year of mandala mood trackers in my shop, if you’re interested.
All mandalas are unique and hand-drawn. And it’s also excellent support for me if you get something from the shop.
Horizontal Habit Tracker By A Conscious Rethink
A cute tracker, and I love how everything is so condensed and well organized.
This one will help you track seven habits, which is kind of a perfect amount if you ask me.

Printable Weekly Habit Tracker By Dear Crissy
I love the Fall colors of this tracker.
There are probably too many habits to track just for one week. But you can definitely just divide it into parts and make it like four habits for each week of the month.

How To Use Printables
If you want to learn how to use printables in your journal, be sure to check this tutorial, where I have screenshots and all the details you need.
Here I just want to mention a problem you’ll probably fave right away – sizing.
All printables come in different sizes – A4, US Letter, A5.
Here is a thing, though – you don’t have to look for a printable in a specific size. You can always customize size when printing.
For a Bullet Journal, you generally need something in A5 size, so here is how you do it:
- Open your PDF
- Select Print from the File tab
- Click Page Setup at the bottom of the window
- Under the Page Size drop-down menu, select Manage Custom Sizes
- Type in the dimensions of the size you need (5.8″x 8.3″ for A5)
- Double click on the title on the left (should say “Untitled”) and rename it to the paper size you are using
- Click OK and then OK again on the Page Setup Tab
- Back on the Print Window, select Fit under Page Sizing & Handling
- Then click print
And just like that, you’re done, and your beautiful new tracker is ready to use.
One big tip I always mention when talking about printables – try using high-quality paper for those.
If you’re using paper of lower quality, your markers and brush pens might fray (bye bye my very first black Tombow). So unless you’re not planning to use any in your printable – be sure you invest in smooth paper.
This one is my absolute favorite.
What other printables are you looking for?
Let me know in the comments for the next roundup post.

And always remember! Keep Bullet Journaling and don’t be a Blob!
