Free Running Tracker Printables

Free Bullet Journal printables are a fantastic tool to help you reach your goals, especially if we’re talking about health and fitness-related ones.

If running is the type of activity you chose to reach your wellness goals, you’re in the right place because I have some free printables for you to help you on your journey.

Whether you’re hitting the pavement for the first time or training for your next big race, a running tracker can be the key to staying consistent and reaching your goals.

That’s why I’ve rounded up some amazing free running tracker printables designed by talented creators. These trackers are functional and well organized and can be used in your Bullet Journal or just as a US Letter printable to put on your fridge.

A running tracker can be an absolute game-changer when it comes to staying on course with your health and wellness goals. Think of it as your personal cheerleader, accountability partner, and progress report rolled into one.

When you start logging your runs—whether it’s distances, times, or how you felt during a workout—you’re creating a record that’s both motivating and insightful. It’s one thing to say, “I think I’m getting better,” but it’s a whole different feeling to look back and see the steady improvement week after week.

One of the biggest benefits of using a running tracker is how it helps you set clear and achievable goals. Instead of a vague “I want to run more,” you can target specifics like running three miles without stopping or improving your mile time by the end of the month.

Tracking your progress also comes with a nice psychological boost. There’s nothing like scrolling through pages of logged runs and realizing how far you’ve come. That little “I did that!” moment is a huge motivator to keep lacing up your shoes and putting in the work.

It can even help during tough times when you feel stuck; seeing your progress on paper or screen is a reminder that you’ve conquered challenges before, and you can do it again.

Finally, a running tracker can help you understand patterns and make informed decisions about your routine. Maybe you notice you’re faster after rest days or on certain routes.

Or you might catch signs that you need more recovery time. Whatever the case, having a record makes it so much easier to adjust and fine-tune your runs to fit you.

How To Use Printables In Your Journal

In case you’ll want to add printables to your Bullet Journal, here are a few simple steps and tricks to do that seamlessly.

It all comes down to one main point: the printable should fit your journal. Most Bullet Journal notebooks use an A5 size, so if the printable is already formatted that way, you’re good to go.

Otherwise, you can tweak your print settings to A5 for a perfect fit.

There are also plenty of handy tools available to help you achieve a clean, professional look.

Here are some of my top recommendations for supplies to help you use printables:

  • High-quality printing paper. Especially if you’re planning to use any markers on your printables, you need to have a high-quality paper. Otherwise, it will damage your pens. I prefer using HP Premium Paper.
  • Paper cutter. You can definitely just use scissors, but I find that you always get cleaner cuts if you use a paper cutter like this Firbon paper cutter.
  • Corner rounder. I find that most journals have rounded corners, so it would be a fun idea to cut your printables the same way. You can do it yourself with a pair of sewing scissors like I do, but I would recommend using a corner rounder instead.

Honestly, all you really need is a piece of paper and scissors, but these supplies I mentioned can help you make it easier.

Ok, now that we covered that, let’s look at those free printables I found for you.
