15 Goal Setting Bullet Journal Page Ideas
Bullet Journal page ideas can be the secret sauce for turning your dreams into attainable goals. A blank notebook might seem simple, but when you fill it with thoughtful structures and creative layouts, it becomes your personal roadmap to success.
Whether you’re chasing career milestones, personal growth, or those fitness goals you’ve been thinking about, goal-setting Bullet Journal pages can help you visualize, track, and celebrate your progress.
The beauty of a Bullet Journal is its flexibility—you’re in the driver’s seat and can create something unique that works perfectly for you! Let’s explore some inspiring pages that make goal-setting genuinely fun and effective.

Goal setting sounds simple enough—decide what you want, jot it down, and go for it. But in reality, it can get messy fast.
You start with enthusiasm, but when life gets busy, those goals can feel just out of reach. Maybe you lose track of your progress, forget what you were aiming for, or feel so overwhelmed you don’t even know where to start. And when frustration creeps in, it’s easy to throw in the towel. We’ve all been there.
This is where a Bullet Journal can work its magic. Think of it as your personal sidekick for goal-setting. It’s not just a place to write your goals—it’s a tool to organize your thoughts and tackle your dreams step by step.
Breaking big goals into smaller, manageable tasks makes them feel less intimidating and a lot more achievable.
What sets a Bullet Journal apart is how customizable it is. You can design layouts that make sense to you—whether you need a clear vision board to stay inspired, habit trackers to measure progress, or weekly check-ins to hold yourself accountable.
It’s a system that keeps you focused, motivated, and, most importantly, clear on the why behind your goals. No more vague ambitions or aimless striving—you’ll know exactly what you’re working toward and have a plan to get there.
And in this post, we’ll look at several different pages that can help you do just that in your own journal. And be sure to scroll until the end to get some FREE printable goal-setting pages that you can start using right away.

Stationery Recommendations
Before we look at the pages, let’s talk supplies since you’ll need some to create a goals page. There is such a variety of stationery available it’s easy to get lost and end up getting things you won’t be using or won’t like, so I wanted to ensure if you decide to get something, it’s something worthy.
So here are a few of my recommendations:
- A journal, of course. And it doesn’t have to be anything too extra; you can get any journal that fits your needs and your aesthetics, there are many to choose from out there. Lately, I’ve been loving Scribbles That Matter journals (use code SAVE10 to get 10% OFF).
- Fineliner. I think these are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages, helping you create any page you can imagine. They usually come in sets with different nib sizes, allowing for more line variety. My favorites are Sakura Pigma Micron.
- Markers. I love making things more visual, especially goals pages, and adding color definitely helps. You can use anything you like, and I often recommend starting with Crayola Super Tips since they come in many colors and are more affordable. But my favorites are definitely Zebra Mildliners.
- Stencils. Stencils are a great way to decorate your Bullet Journal or to just speed up the process of creating pages. For goal setting, I love this Level 10 Life stencil! But for more general planning, you should try these stencils from Amazon.
Now that you have all your supplies ready, let’s look at a few goal-setting Bullet Journal pages to inspire you to reach all your dreams!
Goal Setting Bullet Journal Page Ideas
There are many different ways to set your goals and even more ways to put them on paper. In this list, we won't be diving deep into ways to set your goals; you can check a post at the end for more information on that.
Here, we'll be looking into different goal-setting pages so you can find formats and decoration ideas that fit your needs and aesthetics.
Let's start with my own goal-setting page from 2023, I believe. I used three different categories and simply made a list of all the things I wanted to accomplish for each one of them.
It didn't necessarily help me to work through each goal, but it allowed me to get a general idea of where I want life to move towards.
I absolutely love this idea! First, you brainstorm on all the things you want, and then you look at all of it and create ten solid goals to work on for the upcoming year.
This is one of my favorite techniques when thinking of goals. First, you evaluate different areas of your life, and then you create goals for any areas you want to work on that would allow you to have a higher score.
I think this is a great way to not just set goals but also do a little life checkup and see if you're still happy with everything.
I love the design of this layout. A bottle of champagne makes me think about the New Year celebration, so it's a perfect idea for a yearly goals page decoration.
Again, the creator will be dividing their goals into different categories, and I think it's very important and helpful to have it all organized so well.
This beautiful and gentle layout is a list of different goals for different areas of their lives. I love its look and structure for sure, and the gentle floral watercolors add exceptional aesthetics to it all.
We've seen a lot of yearly gaols pages, but it's not the only way to work on your dream life. In fact, it might be an even better choice to have smaller periods of time, like this creator who sets goals for 90 days.
I especially love in this layout how structured it is and that the creator added an entire action plan to each goal.
Just because goals are a serious thing, it doesn't mean you can't have fun with them and create a decorated and artistic layout. I love all the sections and doodles here and the different beautiful lettering styles.
It is such a fun idea to use different names for your goals layouts! I love how this one is a master plan. And it's true - the creator really created a step-by-step plan for each goal to ensure that it's all achieved by the end of the year.
This is a pretty simple format, but the creator made it look absolutely stunning with the colors. Stippling is definitely a lot of work, but I think, as you can see here, it absolutely paid off.
Oh, and if you're curious, these pens are Sakura Gelly Roll - some of the best gel pens you can get.
Another example of a goal-setting page is this time the creator didn't just leave space to plan how these goals are achieved. They actually prioritize the goals, so you can be clear with yourself about what is the most important and where you should spend most of your efforts.
Setting your goals month by month can be a powerful practice as well. It's easier to concentrate on things just for a month, and it's a long enough period for you to get a feeling if this is really something you want to work towards long term.
I love how fun and colorful this layout it!
You can definitely go with an easier approach and list your goals. But it doesn't mean it has to be a dull page.
The beautiful florals the creator used to decorate this layout are a wonderful example of how you can turn a simple list into something special.
This is my take on a level 10 life page. As you can see, my categories are a bit different, and actually, you don't even have to use 10 categories if you don't want to.
But I must admit, the space I left here actually to set the goals for each category is definitely not enough.
Here is a very straightforward layout for your gaols. You have space to write 8 goals, and I think you might even fit in some more information, like why is this goal important or what are some things you could do to make it happen.
Last but not least, this cute layout is suitable for monthly goals. I especially think it's a wonderful example of family goals, where the creator sets certain things for each member of the family,
