Tracking your menstrual cycle offers a range of benefits that go beyond just knowing when to expect your next period. It helps you spot patterns in your cycle, understand how hormonal changes affect your mood and energy levels, and even prepare better for events or trips.
Using a printable can make this process not only easier but also more enjoyable. With a period tracker printable, youโve got a clear and visually appealing tool to jot down details at a glance, whether in your Bullet Journal or pinned somewhere handy.
Additionally, in this blog post, I’ve compiled printables from various creators, each with their own unique style and format, so you’ll be able to find one that aligns with your aesthetic and needs.
But first, let’s cover some basics.

How To Use Printables In Your Bullet Journal
I always like to take a moment and clarify how you can add these printables to your Bullet Journal. I know when I started, this was the biggest thing that stopped me from using printables, so I want to ensure nothing stands in your way.
The key is ensuring the printable fits your journal. If it’s already in A5 format, which is the standard for most Bullet Journal notebooks, you’re all set. If not, simply adjust your print settings to A5.
To use printables, all you really need is a printer and paper, but there are other tools that can help your printables look more polished and fitting.
Here are some of my top recommendations for supplies to help you use printables:
- High-quality printing paper. Especially if you’re planning to use any markers on your printables, you need to have a high-quality paper. Otherwise, it will damage your pens. I prefer using HP Premium Paper.
- Paper cutter. You can definitely just use scissors, but I find that you always get cleaner cuts if you use a paper cutter like this Firbon paper cutter.
- Corner rounder. I find that most journals have rounded corners, so it would be a fun idea to cut your printables the same way. You can do it yourself with a pair of sewing scissors like I do, but I would recommend using a corner rounder instead.
Hopefully, that clarifies it all, and you’re ready to get printables and start using them in your journal. So, let’s look at the ones I found for you here.
Oh, and if you need more, at the end of this post, I have a link to a detailed post with a video on how to actually add printables to your Bullet Journal pages.
