Plan With Me: December 2025 Bullet Journal Setup
My cozy December Bullet Journal setup is finally ready to share! I honestly cannot believe we are already at the end of 2025. It feels like we just started this year, and now we are preparing for the holidays.
For this month, I wanted a theme that combined my love for planning with my slight obsession with art supplies. That is why I chose a fun pegboard and stationery theme.
We all love a good organized workspace, right? Even if my actual desk is a mess, at least my journal pages can look tidy. I filled these layouts with doodles of hanging scissors, clips, and endless rolls of washi tape. It was so much fun to draw.
I hope you enjoy this plan with me and find some inspiration to organize your own month, or at least draw some cute supplies.

I know December traditionally is the month for a holiday or Christmas theme, but I honestly had no mood for anything that festive, nor the time such a theme requires to create.
If you actually find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend using printables, and in my shop, you can always find the up-to-date, complete monthly setup. This year, we did a Christmas theme for December.
But coming back to my monthly setup this year, I realised it’s getting more and more difficult for me to find a theme to create, because I want something quick and easy, while at the same time inspiring, creative, and not like anything I’ve done before. And this is a tall order!
In the end, I got inspired by a printable monthly setup I created a few years ago (this May Bullet Journal Setup), and I decided to recreate it in my actual Bullet Journal.
And before we dive into the setup, I just wanted to mention that you can find 50+ FREE Bullet Journal printables that will help you create a beautiful and custom-made Bullet Journal setup for any month of the year, so be sure you scroll until the end of the post to get your access.

Bullet Journal Supplies
Let’s start with all he stationery and supplies that I used for this monthly setup. And don’t worry, it’s not a lot, and most of the items are in a more affordable price range.
So, here it is:
- Nuuna journal. I know they don’t have the thickest paper, but I really love the smaller dot grid and slightly bigger pages. Also, my last Nuuna journal lasted me for a year and a half, so I’m pretty excited about that.
- Sakura Pigma Micron. 03 is my favorite size for pretty much everything, and I used 005 for smaller details and things I didn’t want to stand out.
- Zebra Mildliners – these pens are perfect for this theme, and I used them mainly for all the colors in the theme.
- Stencil Ruler – since I have some fancy supplies, I used the ruler that came in my favorite stencil set. And I only used it for the trackers; everything else was done by hand, and you’ll definitely see the proof in the shaky lines.
- Helix Circle Maker – there were plenty of circle elements, and I wish I had used this circle maker. Unfortunately, I’m stubborn and allergic to rulers, so I hand-drew them. But this is definitely an amazing item to have!
And that’s it, you can create a lot with just a few pens.
There are the supplies. Let’s look at the pages I’ve created.
December 2025 Bullet Journal Setup
Just like for the last few months, it was already December 1st, and I still had nothing in my Bullet Journal.
And here is a little trick I used. As the days went by, I found little pockets of time, 5 minutes here, 15 minutes there, and I started sketching and then creating the pages.
That allowed me to finish the entire monthly setup by December 3rd without actually sitting down and planning for several hours.
And because I sketch everything in pencil, I actually started planning already before my layout was penned in. Just proved to you that if you want to plan, there is always a way to do it!
Cover Page
My Nuuna journal is bigger than the usual A5 notebook, so I knew I definitely didn’t want to putter with adding a pegboard grid to the entire page. My setups are definitely built with laziness in mind!
Another moment is that sometimes the clips are not actually gripping the grid and just flying in the air. And that’s ok, I went for aesthetics, not exact tiny details on how it all had to be realistic.
And December is a long month name, so I went for just a letter after realizing how excruciating it would be otherwise to add the whole month’s name. There is always a shortcut!

Monthly Log
This month, I wanted to actually have a page for my monthly log and a page for my trackers. But of course, a whole page for a monthly log is a bit too much.
I was contemplating using the top space to add a monthly to-do list, but in November, I had a brain dump page, and it actually still has plenty of space, so I will be using that.
Instead, I decorate. And yes, the flying botanical elements and a random bookshelf aren’t necessarily a part of the pegboard vibe, but I think it still came out looking cute.

Habit Tracker | Mood Tracker
Next up are the trackers, and I really had to go the extra mile to come up with an idea on how to fill out the entire page with just two trackers. I can easily fit them on a third of the page.
In the end, I’m happy with the result, even if a third of this page is just a header.

Weekly Spread
Since I don’t plan that much in advance, for now, you can only see my first week of the month.
I want to be transparent, so let me first show you how my week started in terms of planning – with a pencil sketch, and at the beginning, I had even fewer details than I have here.
But to keep on planning, all I really needed was to have a clear understanding of which areas are for daily tasks, so I could start planning.

Now, by Wednesday when I’m writing this post, I have actually finished this weekly spread, and it’s ready to be shown in color and with all the linework.
And if it looks slightly familiar, it is because it was heavily inspired by weekly spreads I did in my March 2025 Bullet Journal setup.

And that’s about it. I go pretty simple with all my setups these days, keeping it strictly to the kayouts I know I need to stay on top of my life.
