Plan With Me: February 2025 Bullet Journal Setup

Sharing is caring!

Planning my February 2025 Bullet Journal setup has been such a fun and creative process, and I’m excited to share it with you!

I’m still going for the same idea of keeping it simple and functional first and decorative second, and I didn’t really have any special theme idea I was planning to use.

I knew for sure I didn’t want to do anything connected to winter or Valentine’s Day, so I had to think of something else and randomly picked houseplants as a theme.

As a result, this setup is all about green colors and different cute plants you can add to your home. I think it came out quite well, and I hope you find some inspiration in these pages as well.

This is a pretty small setup since I am minimizing the number of pages I use every month.

Coming back to Bullet Journaling after a big break, I want to take it slow and not overload it with all the pages I could be adding, so these are just the basic ones. Though I must say, I miss having a gratitude log, so I might be adding it to my journal next month.

I did feel like I wanted to do some more doodling this time, so I had to think of something that is very easy to draw so I can create pages and have fun with it but not spend too much time on it. Time was especially important because I sat down to plan my month of February the second, and I had to have it done as soon as possible.

Houseplants are super easy to doodle, and it’s not complicated to make them look varied, even if you use just a few different doodles. You can play around with the colors and designs of the pots, and suddenly, the same doodle looks so different.

So, let me show you what I’ve created. And be sure to scroll until the end because I have some FREE printables that you can use in your Bullet Journal right away to create a fun theme with no effort.

Stationery Used

My stationery collection is not what it was before, so I have a pretty limited amount of supplies I use. But that is not a reason to still create something fun and colorful.

So here is what I used for this Bullet Journal setup:

  • Nuuna journal. I know they don’t have the thickest paper, but I realized I really missed the smaller dot grid and slightly bigger pages. Also my last Nuuna journal also lasted me for a year and a half, so I’m pretty excited about that.
  • Sakura Pigma Micron and Unipin fineliners. I literally have 5 fineliners in my collection right now, 4 of which are 03 size and one is 003. And that’s what I used. 03 is my favorite size for pretty much everything, and I used 003 for smaller details and things I didn’t want to stand out.
  • Zebra Mildliners, Zebra Click Art, and Faber Castell Brush Pens. Most of the colors you see are Zebra Mildliners, but I wanted to use all the possible green colors I have and it was just these three.
  • Tombow Fudenosuke – this is my only black brush pen, and this time, I used it just to color elements that have a lot of black in it.

I definitely wish I had my Helix circle maker or white Sakura Gelly Roll pens, that’s definitely on my shopping list for the next stationery haul.

All these supplies and a ruler are all I used for this setup.

Ok, that’s it, now let’s look at the February setup.

February Bullet Journal Setup

This might not be the most elaborate setup, but I think it looks pretty cute, and for something I had to put together at the last minute, I think I did pretty well.

And my best trick to make things look cute,m by the way, is to make them small. You will see me making use of this technique all over these pages.

Cover Page

Starting with the cover page. And I know I said I didn’t want to do anything Valentine’s Day-themed, but somehow, I still sneaked to the cover page.

The true story here is that I couldn’t come up with an idea for an interesting banner for the name of the month, so I ended up making it a page in the calendar.

And then the blank space bothered me, so I added little hearts. I think it’s still pretty obscure, and in the end, I don’t really mind the love reference.

Monthly Log

If you’ve been on this blog before, you probably already know how much I love the calendar format for the monthly log, so again, this is the format I went for.

Thankfully, I used the same format last month, so I already had all the measurements, and it didn’t take long to create this layout.

Habit Tracker

With my Nuuna, each page has plenty of space, so for both my trackers, I actually had enough space on one page, with some extra space for a little quote.

I must say I should’ve taken more time to figure out exactly what kind of habits I want to track. Just a few days in, and I actually already think I want to add a few more things.

But hey, maybe next month!

Mood Tracker

My mood tracker is on the same page, and this was probably the part that took me the most to create since I had to do 28 doodles. So happy that February is a shorter month!

I am also a little bit annoyed by how this page is set up because I didn’t measure things properly. I wanted to move everything up two boxes, but IU realized it when I was halfway through sketching the mood tracker doodles, and it was too late to redesign the entire page.

Weekly Spread

Since I am so late finishing my setup and sharing it here, I actually already have the first weekly spread of the month set up.

Just like in January, I went for a one-page weekly spread. After all, it really has all the space I need from my weekly spreads currently.

Plus, I love that if I use just one page, there is less space to fill with decorations, and it helps me to use fewer pages and keep using the journal for longer.

And there you go; here are all the pages I’ve created for February. It allows me to stay organized while also not spending too much time on setting it all up.
