Stationery Recommendations
Before we look at the out-of-this-world ideas I’ve gathered here, let’s talk about stationery that will make the planning process easy and enjoyable.
Here are some of my favorites, and I’m sure you’ll love them as well.
- Fineliners. These are the basis for every Bullet Journal page and your faithful companions in the world of journaling. My top recommendation is the Sakura Pigma Micron, which also comes in different nib sizes, allowing for a variety of line thicknesses.
- Brush pens. Brush pens are perfect for adding brush lettering to your Bullet Journal pages, drawing, or even adding color. I would recommend the Tombow Fude brush pen for a smaller brush tip and the Tombow Dual Brush for a larger brush tip and significantly more colors.
- Markers. These are a must-have if you’re a fan of colorful pages. The choice of these depends on the colors you like. My favorites are Zebra Mildliner and Tombow Twin Tone. But if you want a real color variety, try Crayola Super Tips – they come in 100 colors and are pretty affordable, especially considering the number of colors!
Ok, I can talk stationery for hours, so let’s just dive into ideas and see how we can actually put all these pens to good use and create something incredible.
Amazing Star Wars Bullet Journal Ideas
There is so much you can do with the Star Wars theme, and of course, everyone has their own style and idea on how they want to bring the theme to life in their Bullet Journal.
In this post, I gathered inspiration from 15 different creators, each with their own unique style and approach, so you'll surely find here something that will inspire you and your own take on a Star Wars theme.
Here you'll find some Bullet Journal pages and doodles to help you figure out how you want to create your Star Wars pages. Let's dive in!
Let's start with this action-packed cover page, and you will see a lot that many times Star Wars is the theme for May for obvious reasons.
I love the more funny and doodly approach this creator took and, of course, the beautiful colors.
Black and white is a very common aesthetic for Star Wars pages, as you'll see in this list. We will start with this absolutely stunning weekly spread! I love how the creator added the Star Wars doodles without sacrificing any planning space.
Speaking of doodles, you'll need some to decorate your pages, so here are some inspirations for small, minimal-looking doodles. They look amazing, and I love that the creator used a white pen on top of the black paper, it really created a beautiful effect and made it stand out.
Here is one more weekly spread, and I love the subtle notes of color the creator added to the headers. The Star Wars doodles here are also so detailed!
We all probably know by now that May 4th is Star Wars Day, and maybe creators make pages just to celebrate that day. IO thinks this page is beautiful and can be a fantastic inspiration for your journey, especially that beautiful match of mostly grey doodles with bright orange letters.
Every creator has their own approach to Star Wars, and I must say I've never seen something like this cover page, where the creator kind of went with pixels to create the illustration. I love the retro feel of it and can appreciate how much time it must've taken to plan it all out.
I love that for these doodles, the creator went with step-by-step tutorials, so you know exactly how you can add these doodles to your Bullet Journal pages.
The creator called it a stress tracker, but it seems like it's more of a mood tracker, just in a stressful time for the creator. However, I love that the theme for this tracker is a meditating master, Yoda!
This match of black and white doodles and yellow background looks beautiful and is a perfect aesthetics for Star Wars.
I also really like this format for the weekly spread and how the doodles are a wonderful addition but do not crowd the page or make it less functional.
Quotes are a great way to set the mood for your month and keep you inspired and motivated. Star Wars has plenty of quotes that are still on our minds even all these years.
I love this particular quote page for the creativity and how the quote fits with the concept design.
This monthly log has a completely different approach, and I absolutely love it. The creator used so many different paper types and elements to create a unique-looking monthly log. It's almost like a scrapbook page, and I'm here for it!
This is a beautiful cover page, but it also made me laugh so hard! What a fun idea to have stormtroopers taking selfies with the leaders fighting in the background!
As somebody who loves the original Star Wars and is a huge Lego fan, I love the idea of combining them both in your Bullet Journal! It's definitely fun and much cheaper than actually getting any Star Wars-themed Lego sets haha
What a fun approach to mood tracking to fill out a lightsaber as the month goes. I like that the creator chose different shades of the same color to keep it more consistent.
Last but not least is this incredible set of. habit tracker and a celebration page for Star Wars Day. I really love this technique of almost sprayed black color for the Darth Vader illustration.
