Best Doodling Pens

Before we dive into the doodles, I wanted to share with you some of my favorite supplies for doodling that will make the process easier and more enjoyable.

So here are a few of my favorites:

  • Pilot Dr. Grip Mechanical Pencil โ€“ since you’ll be spending a lot of time drawing with your pencil, you’ll want to have one with a comfortable grip. This pencil is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever tried.
  • Sakura Foam Eraser โ€“ you’ll want a quality eraser that wonโ€™t leave any color behind; foam erasers like these are some of the best for that. Just always make sure you take some time before erasing so your pen doesnโ€™t smudge.
  • Faber Castell Pigment Pen โ€“ there are plenty of great fineliners on the market (Sakura Pigma Micron and Unipin are among my favorites), but at the moment, Iโ€™m doing all the doodles with this pen.
  • Crayola Super Tips – in case you want to add some color to your doodles, I recommend using these. They are great; you can do brush lettering with them; they come in many colors and are pretty affordable.

Okay, we have all the pens at the ready. Let’s start getting inspired by these doodles.
