Easter is a treasure trove of inspiration for Bullet Journaling, offering a mix of bright pastels, nature motifs, and playful themes to explore. The beauty of this holiday is that it lends itself to many creative approaches, so you can truly make it your own.
Whether you’re a minimalist or love a page bursting with detail, there’s no wrong way to design your Easter Bullet Journal theme—it’s all about finding what speaks to you and your personal style.
One way to bring Easter to your pages is by leaning into soft pastel colors. Think blush pinks, powder blues, mint greens, and buttery yellows—these shades instantly create a cheerful spring vibe.
For those who enjoy a playful approach, bunny and egg motifs are a must. These fun elements can be sprinkled throughout your weekly spreads or used as decorative corners.
Feeling adventurous? Combine elements to craft a layered design unique to you. Use pastel watercolors as backgrounds, layer on washi tapes with Easter prints, and sprinkle stickers or stamps to tie it together.
The key is to play around and experiment while keeping the joyful spirit of Easter front and center. Each page can become a little celebration of springtime renewal and creativity!
Enough talking, let’s gather our supplies and get to actually see how different creators approached creating Easter spirit in their Bullet Journals.

Stationery Recommendations
Stationery can be a great help in creating a certain vibe in your Bullet Journal. Here are a few supplies that I think you’ll enjoy using and that will help you bring Ester to your pages.
- Fineliners. These are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages; they help you doodle and create all the layouts. I recommend using Sakura Pigma Micron, which also comes in a set with different nib sizes, so you get a line variety.
- Markers. You can use any colors you want here, but for Easter, I would say pastels are some of the best colors. So, my top choice is a pastel set of Tombow Dual Brush pens. You could also use Crayola Super Tips since they come in so many colors and are more affordable. I also love the Tombow Twin Tone pastel set for its absolutely beautiful colors!
- Brush pens. Adding a bit of beautiful brush lettering can be a wonderful addition to the general Easter pages. I’d recommend Tombow Fudenosuke.
- Washi tapes. These are a great way to easily add themes and characters to your pages. Try Washi Tape Shop; they have all the possible colors and themes you can dream of.
- Stickers. These are great for adding decoration to your spreads easily, and there are plenty of designs and styles to choose from. Here are some of Easter themed stickers I found: Sticker Sheet Easter Sticker, Carrot Craze Vinyl Sticker Sheet, Easter Decor Sticker Sheet, Easter Petals Journaling Sticker Kit.
Ok, with all the supplies ready, let’s look at how you can turn them into beautiful Bullet Journal pages.
Easter Bullet Journal Inspirations
Easter gives so many creative ideas, and I love to see how different Bullet Journal enthusiasts have their own take on this scheme. Here, I gathered pages from 15 creators, each with their style and aesthetics, so I'm sure you'll find something that will strike a chord with you.
And if you want more, there are links at the end of the post for more posts with Easter inspirations you can check out.
Let's dive in!
I think it's a pretty fun idea to create special pages like this one for important holidays in your life. It's a way to get creative and to celebrate inside your Bulelt Journal without worrying that you also need to fit your to-do list on the same layout.
This beautiful weekly layout has a lot of green and painted eggs - a perfect match for an Easter theme. I also really love how the creator added the dates to the tree leaves so they look like a part of nature.
For me, Easter is all about pastel colors, and that's why this cover page is on this list. Even though the theme is not exactly connected to the holiday, it's still in pastel colors, and its food is perfect for an Easter brunch.
There is no arguing that bunnies and carrots are an essential part of the holiday, and this creates an entire page of ideas on how you can incorporate them in your Bullet Journal spreads.
A fun part about the Easter theme is that eggs are very easy to doodle, but you can play around so much with different colors and patterns you use to decorate them that they will never look the same. This beautiful monthly log doesn't look like anything else on this list of the bright colors and unusual patterns the creator chose.
Even though this doesn't seem to be very obviously an Easter theme, but since it's an April cover page and there are bunnies on it, I think it still fits this list. Plus, I loved the golden accents the creator added, so I definitely wanted to share this idea with you.
Speaking of bunnies, here is how you can incorporate them into a weekly spread. And I absolutely adore that the creator used carrots for the dates. Isn't that so cute?
This is another page to celebrate the holiday, but I can definitely imagine this being a cover page and building the entire monthly theme around these beautifully decorated eggs.
The blank ink of botanical doodles and the text look extra special in contrast with colorful pastel eggs, what a creative effect!
Here is another weekly spread with just one small doodle and subtle colors, but you can't argue that this is all about Easter! I also really like how structured this weekly spread is; the creator really managed to add so many sections.
For the life of me, I can't remember the name of these flowers; if you do, please let me know in the comments! But they fit so well with the whole Easter theme and these cute little rabbits.
Who said Easter only has to be about bunnies? I love how the creator used studio Ghibli characters and pout them with all the Easter eggs. It's a very creative solution when you have a certain theme in mind but also want to take the holiday into consideration.
Do you want to add bunnies to your monthly setup but are afraid you won't be able to do elaborate illustrations? Here is a cute idea for adding a top-down view of the bunnies. They are still cute; it's clear what it is, but it's much easier to doodle.
We have seen all the colors of the rainbow on this list, but if black and white is your vibe - you can absolutely keep it monochrome. As you see, this weekly spread is obviously Easter themed, and it looks fantastic even with just a black and white color scheme.
As I mentioned before, eggs are a perfect theme for Easter, and it's popular for a good reason. We've had so many creators on this list doing egg themes, and yet each looks so very different!
Last but not least is this beautiful pastel-colored weekly spread. As you can see the creator used small details to highlight the holiday, like the little chick and the tiny bunny doodles.
