Stationery Recommendations
What do you need to create a TV tracker? You can create any page with just one black pen. But it’s more fun if you have more stationery that you love using.
So here are a few of my recommendations:
- Fineliners. These are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages, and I recommend trying Sakura Pigma Micron. They also come in a set with different nib sizes so you get a wider variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers. If you’re obsessed with color like I am, chances are you’ll want to add color to your journal pages as well. Your choice of markers will depend on the colors you prefer, but my top recommendations are Crayola Super Tips, which can also be used for brush lettering, and Zebra Mildliners.
- Brush pens. Something to add brush lettering or maybe even color to your pages! I recommend Tombow Fudenosuke for a small brush tip and Tombow Dual Brush for a larger brush tip.
- Washi tape. I love washi tape and how it allows you to easily decorate your Bullet Journal pages in no time at all. Thankfully, there are washi tapes with all types of colors and patterns, so you can fund something that fits our aesthetics.
- Stamps. There are plenty of amazing stamps that will help you create trackers like these ones in no time. Here are just a few I found for you: Movie Night Stamps and TV Television Mini Stamp.
There are so many more things you can use, and I can talk about stationery for hours, so let me just stop here. And let’s move on to the TV trackers I found for you.
TV Show Tracker Bullet Journal Ideas
I think it's super fun to track your shows, and just creating these pages can be very relaxing.
There are many approaches to creating a TV tracker. In this post, I gathered several different ideas from different creators, so I'm sure you'll find some inspirations that fit your needs and aesthetic.
Let's dive in!
Let's start with this layout that allows you to track all the shows you watched that year. I think it's a lot of space, so this would be perfect if you're watching lots of things!
I love that for each line, there is plenty of space to add the show and also the rating for it, or maybe it's a tracker for how many seasons they watched.
I often find myself in a position when I have no idea what to watch, and a tracker like this one can be super useful since it allows me to mark all the recommendations I'm getting and, at some point, to actually start watching all these things.
If you're deep into a pretty long-running show, you might want to create a separate tracker just for that. I love how the creator missed the doodles from the show with your traditional snacks to create such a fun and unique layout.
This is a pretty simple but very functional and stylish-looking format. I adore these little TV icons that seem to be stamped. That's a great way to save time on your setup and still have a pretty and well-organized page.
If you like your things simple, you'll love this tracker. It gives plenty of information on all the shows the creator is watching, and I love that you can see exactly which episodes they watched and how many are still left in the show.
A fun way to approach your tracker is to theme it after a streaming service you're using to watch the shows. These days, there are so many different streaming services that you can create a theme around!
I love the idea of making a list of all the shows you've watched. But I also like that this creator has a special space to mark if they watched the show with their partner or not.
I absolutely love his tracker and that the creator added the little icons with posters for each show. Any time you can add more visual elements to the layout is a win in my book.
So far, all the trackers we've seen were really on theme with TV, but you can definitely create a tracker based on the monthly theme. This creator has a lemons theme, so they just went for it.
This is such an adorable tracker! There aren't that many seasons, but it thankfully allowed the creator more space for this beautiful headset they created.
I love this format and how the creator managed to add so many shows to the tracker while also using the other page for mini posters. Such clever ideas, and it all looks so well structured and organized.
This is exactly what the header says: a list of things they want to watch. I like that they also added sections to track how many and which episodes they actually watched.
As you can see, this tracker is created in a smaller journal, but still, there is plenty of space to add all the shows with the option of tracking them episode by episode.
This is such a fun idea - create little circle trackers for each separate show! And as you can see, you can just add more layers to the circle if they are more than just one season.
This is such a minimalist approach, but I love how the creator played with empty space. It looks very aesthetic, and it has more space for even more shows to track!
