Life gets busy—packed schedules, endless notifications, and the pressure to keep everything afloat. It’s no wonder that our needs often slip to the bottom of the to-do list. When was the last time you really paused to assess how you were feeling, physically and mentally?
For many of us, it’s far too easy to keep pushing through exhaustion or ignore the signs of burnout. But here’s the thing: taking care of yourself is not selfish—it’s necessary. And that’s where a Bullet Journal can work wonders.
Think of a Bullet Journal as a custom guide to putting you first. It’s not just a notebook; it’s a tool for creating space in your life for self-care and reflection. With the right pages, you can track your physical health while also unpacking your thoughts and emotions. These pages aren’t just fun to create; they’re powerful reminders to check in with yourself regularly.
The best part? You’re not bound by rules or templates—you can include whatever best supports your unique needs. This is definitely the best part of Bullet Journaling!
But at the same time, I realize that endless possibilities can be overwhelming, and that’s why this list is here – it will give you some ideas to get you started on your journey of finding the perfect pages for your needs.
And be sure to check the end of the post for some FREE printables. A lot of these can actually be used for your wellness, and you can print and add them to your Bullet Journal right away.

Stationery Recommendations
Let’s start with a few recommendations for supplies for creating these pages. It’s much more fun to create pages when you have good supplies you love using.
So here are just a few of my favorites that I’m sure you’ll live using too:
- Fineliners. These are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages, and I recommend trying Sakura Pigma Micron. They also come in a set with different nib sizes so you get a wider variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers. If you’re obsessed with color like I am, chances are you’ll want to add color to your journal pages as well. Your choice of markers will depend on the colors you prefer, but my top recommendations are Crayola Super Tips, which can also be used for brush lettering, and Zebra Mildliners.
- Brush pens. Something to add brush lettering or maybe even color to your pages! I recommend Tombow Fudenosuke for a small brush tip and Tombow Dual Brush for a larger brush tip.
- Washi tape. I love washi tape and how it allows you to easily decorate your Bullet Journal pages in no time at all. Thankfully, there are washi tapes with all types of colors and patterns, so you can fund something that fits our aesthetics.
- Stencils. Stencils are another amazing tool that will help with you journaling. There are stencils for anything, from adding lettering and drawings to your pages to more practical stencils that help you set up your trackers and such. I’d recommend starting out with this 30-piece set of affordable stencils.
There are many, many amazing supplies out there, and I can take forever talking about them. But this is not what this post is about.
So let’s wrap this section and drive directly into the wellness Bullet Journal ideas,
Wellness Bullet Journal Ideas
The number of ideas for wellness is only limited by your imagination. Think of the things you can and want to do to be and feel your best self, and there is a page idea for that.
Here are 17 different ideas to get you started and show you just a smidge of all the things possible to do with your Bullet Journal.
I also gathered pages from different creators here, so you'll be able to see different styles and aesthetics.
Let's dive in!
Let's start with something simple - a water tracker. Drinking enough water is the minimum we should do for our wellness, and yet it's always such a struggle. Or is it just me?
Either way, this tracker is a great way to ensure that you take care of your basic needs and give your body enough water.
These pages are fantastic; The creator made a layout for every day of the week where they can track all the things they did for their health and wellness and do some journaling. At the end of the week, you get to do some reflections.
This is a fantastic way to approach your wellness journey; that way, you always know where you are, how you're doing, and how you can adjust to get better results.
Times when you're feeling low are usually the ones when you need the most help but have the least amount of energy to find the right solution. Having a layout like this one will ensure that you always know what to do to make yourself feel better.
Having some sort of physical activity in your life is important now, not just for your physical health but for your mental health and general well-being as well. A tracker like this one will always be there to remind you to move your body, even if it's just going for a little walk.
How you start your day is very important and it can be a key for your daily wellbeing. Creating a routine spread like this one for your morning can be super helpful, and it can be a key to your daily well-being!
It takes away some pressure and decision fatigue, and that way, every morning, you know what to do when you wake up to set yourself up for a happy and productive day.
You might not believe this, but your brain is the one that programs everything for you, so helping you program it for wellness with daily affirmation can be very helpful! Especially if you write them down.
A brain dump is a fantastic page that we all need at some point. It helps you to get organized and, most importantly - to escape that feeling of overwhelm and tiredness.
Dump all your worries and tasks in this one place so you don't have to constantly think about it anymore and then start working through it as you see fit.
I love tea, and tea actually has a lot of fantastic properties, so I fell in love with this layout. Having different types of tea for different feelings can definitely help you fight the blues and get back to your best self.
These two trackers are some of the most powerful tools on your journey of well-being. A habit tracker helps you establish good habits to keep yourself in your best physical and mental shape. A mood tracker helps you to see how your mood fluctuates and adjust accordingly so you are always aware of how you're feeling and what you could be doing differently to feel better.
For me, skincare is a part of wellbeing, and planning it out can be very useful and help you keep your skin in the best condition. Plus, I find that the time I spend in the evening and in the morning applying all the products is very calming and almost like a meditative activity to help you relax, unwind, and reflect.
What we eat is so important for our well-being. From how we look to how energetic we feel, the right food is a game-changer! So, having a way to plan and track your meals is a very powerful idea. I love how this creator used sticky notes, so you can use this layout over and over again and even go out and take your shop[ping list with you.
I found that in the modern busy world, sleep is the first thing to go. And it really shouldn't be! Sleep is a key element of our well-being, and we are never 100% if we don't give our bodies enough rest. A tracker like this one will help you ensure that you are getting all the sleep you need and maybe even figure out what is the perfect number of hours slept that you need.
A gratitude log is a lovely layout that asks you to write something you're grateful for every day. This is really an amazing practice that fosters a positive mindset and helps you see better things in your life.
I love this idea of having a list of self-care ideas that you enjoy and especially categorized by different needs. I think often, when we need some self love, we just do Netflix and couch, and it isn't necessarily the best way to address the issue. With a list like this one, you'll always know what lovely things you can do for yourself to show love and care.
Having routines is an amazing way to build your daily wellness. It helps you to be your best self and to be productive, plus it takes away too much mental pressure and decision fatigue! Just make sure you have routines for different situations and rethink them as your life changes to fit your goals and lifestyle.
When you think of your wellness and how to make it better, I feel like you need first to figure out where you're at and what your goals are with this journey. A spread like this one will help you with that. It divides your life into several categories; you get to evaluate each and then set goals for yourself so you can build the life you want.
Meditation is something that really help you to find the calm within and to be more present in your life. If you decide to embark on this journey, a tracker like this one can possibly help you stay with this habit.
