11 Self Care Bullet Journal Ideas
There are Bullet Journal page ideas for pretty much everything, and every time you dive in to find some inspiration, you’re up for discovering little nuggets of gold that can transform the way we manage our lives, especially when it comes to self-care.
There’s something incredibly personal and fulfilling about flipping through your Bullet Journal, filled with pages that aren’t just about schedules and tasks but are devoted to your wellbeing.
With the world spinning at what feels like a million miles an hour, carving out time for self-care has never been more essential. It’s not all spa days and smoothie bowls; sometimes, it’s about the simple act of reflecting in your Bullet Journal.
That’s why I’ve rounded up 13 self-care Bullet Journal ideas designed to bring a little more peace, joy, and mindfulness into your daily routine. These ideas are all about making your Bullet Journal work for you, turning it into a sanctuary where self-care meets paper.
Self-care often finds itself relegated to the back of our minds, like a fancy recipe bookmarked for “someday” or the novel on our bedside table we’re definitely going to start reading—next weekend, perhaps. It’s all too easy to list it as a ‘someday’ activity, nestled among other aspirations that rarely see the light of day.
Yet, here’s an essential truth we can’t afford to overlook: self-care is far from just being a luxurious add-on. It’s absolutely crucial, acting as the oil that keeps the gears of our daily lives running without a hitch amid the chaos.
Enter the Bullet Journal, a stalwart companion in navigating the maze of self-maintenance. This isn’t just about keeping tabs on water intake or jotting down affirmations (though those are fantastic starts). It’s about carving out a personal haven within its pages—a space where the static of the world fades into the background, allowing you to focus on what truly rejuvenates your spirit.
Your Bullet Journal can be instrumental in helping you to make sure you spend some time taking care of yourself, and we will look at a few pages that can help you get started with it!
And because I’m all about sharing the love (and the resources), I’ve got a little something extra for you by the end of this post. Think of it as your self-care toolkit: FREE printables tailored for your Bullet Journal to infuse your routine with a bit more mindfulness and joy.

Stationery Recommendations
Obviously, to create your self-care pages, you’ll need some supplies, and I’ve got plenty of choices for you.
Here are some of my recommendations:
- A journal. You can use your usual Bullet Journal or start a separate one just for self-care, which I did at some point. There are plenty of brands out there; you just need to find one that fits you. I’ve been really loving my Dingbats journals.
- Fineliners. There are the basics of all your Bullet Journal pages, and I recommend you have a set, whatever pages you’re creating. I love using Sakura Pigma Micron, and the set comes with pens with different nib sizes, so you can get a variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers. If you love colors as I do, you’ll need some markers. My favorites are Zebra Mildliners, but I also always recommend Crayola Super Tips since they have a wide variety of colors and come at a lower price.
- Brush pens. These are perfect for adding a splash of creativity to your Bullet Journal pages. Try Tombow Fudenosuke for smaller headers and drawings. Try Tombow Dual Brush Pens for larder strokes and more colors.
Now that you have all your supplies ready, it’s time to cozy up in your home office or craft studio, or maybe just on your couch and get to planning!
Self Care Bullet Journal Ideas
The ideas for your Bullet Journal pages are limited only to your imagination. Basically, you can just think of what you need help with, and it will already be a good hint on a page you might want to create.
However, it can definitely be overwhelming to be able to do everything and anything in your journal. That's why I gathered 11 ideas here for you to try first. And if none of these speak to you, maybe they will inspire you to create something uniquely yours.
I will start with my favorite self-care page, which I created a while ago and am still looking back at. This is basically a list of all the different types of self-care I could do, and every time I feel low, this is the page I go to to see what I can do to feel better.
We all know that all comes from our mind, so starting a day on a positive note with a positive affirmation can really help us feel better and be more confident in time. That's why this is a fantastic page idea, to have a list of all the amazing affirmations to help you reframe your thinking.
This page might be a bit too spiritual for some, but I think our body does have those areas that help us with certain things, and knowing this might help you pick the daily workout that will help you feel your best.
Here is a super fun idea for your self-care list - create an alphabet with something you can do for yourself for each letter of the alphabet. I think it's always fun to turn self-care into some kind of game, and I love that the creator made sure that each activity is no longer than 30 minutes.
Routines are some of the best techniques you can use to have better days, feel better, and be more productive. The right routine will help you release stress, take care of yourself, and will not take any mental decision powers either.
You can create routines for pretty much anything, but I'd recommend starting from a morning routine, so you start your day on the right now, and an evening routine, so you're ready to have a good rest and unwind at night.
Having a tracker is always helpful since it allows you to see your progress, and in this case, to clearly see that you do spend some time every day for at least one activity for yourself.
I adore turning useful [ages into games, it makes it so much easier and more fun actually to use these pages. That's why I adore the idea of self-care bingo, an easy way to motivate yourself to always pay attention to yourself and your needs.
This spread is all about working with your mindset. It helps you to see something good in every day of your life, that will eventually allow you to have a lighter and more positive outlook on life.
I adore this page and the idea behind it. I always say that it's important to see what you can control and accept the things you can't, and this powerful spread is always there to remind you of all the things you can do to build a better life.
When we talk about self-care, sleep is super important; this is your key to being yourself and feeling energetic. However, sleep is always the first thing to do. A sleep tracker like this one can help you ensure you follow through with your sleep goals.
Stress relief ideas are a great spread, since usually when you're stressed your brain just freezes and you can't even think of the things you can do to make it all feel better. To help you avoid binge eating and TikTok when you're stressed, this spread will be there for you to give you some alternative solutions.
