Among all the Bullet Journal page ideas, a habit tracker probably stands at the top in terms of helping you create the life of your dreams.
The possibilities with your Bullet Journal habit tracker are pretty much endless, and there are even more different ways you can set them up and decorate them.
This is what this post is all about – I’ve gathered some habit tracker ideas and inspirations from my own journal as well as plenty of other talented creators to share with you a list that will inspire and motivate you.

When it comes to keeping life on track, few tools are as effective and inspiring as a habit tracker. This simple yet powerful page can transform the way you approach routines, goals, and self-improvement.
There’s something incredibly satisfying about checking off a completed habit or watching your progress build over time. It turns everyday actions into a rewarding ritual, keeping you motivated to stay consistent.
Not only does a habit tracker keep you accountable, but it also helps you uncover patterns in your routines. Maybe you notice you’re most productive after a great night’s sleep, or perhaps you realize you’re skipping workouts on busier days. This insight gives you the tools to adjust and optimize your schedule, making your habits more sustainable.
However, I could talk about habit trackers nonstop for hours, so let’s stop with the benefits here and explore some ideas and inspirations to help you find the perfect tracker idea and designs, so you can start feeling the change yourself.

Stationery Recommendations
Before we dive into the trackers, I want to take a second and mention some supplies that I think you’ll love using for your trackers, as well as any other Bullet Journal pages.
So here are a few of my recommendations:
- Fineliners. These are the blood of your Bullet Journal pages, and I recommend trying Sakura Pigma Micron. They also come in a set with different nib sizes so you get a wider variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers. If you’re obsessed with color like I am, chances are you’ll want to add color to your journal pages as well. Your choice of markers will depend on the colors you prefer, but my top recommendations are Crayola Super Tips, which can also be used for brush lettering, and Zebra Mildliners.
- Brush pens. Something to add brush lettering or maybe even color to your pages! I recommend Tombow Fudenosuke for a small brush tip and Tombow Dual Brush for a larger brush tip.
- Washi tape. I love washi tape and how it allows you to easily decorate your Bullet Journal pages in no time at all. Thankfully, there are washi tapes with all types of colors and patterns, so you can find something that fits our aesthetics.
Ok, you have your motivation for change, and you have gathered all your supplies. Let’s find you a tracker!
Bullet Journal Habit Trackers
There are lots of different and creative ways to set up your habit tracker, so I wanted to collect a lot of inspiration for you here.
Starting something new, like working on a new habit, is always difficult, so a cool idea would be to make your habit tracker a bit more fun and creative so you'd want to look at it every day.
A beautiful way to track all the things for a healthy lifestyle. I really love the aesthetics of the page and the beautiful abstract style of decoration.
Here is a sleep tracker that helps you track how many hours you slept during the night and when you went to bed.
I found that the time I go to bed usually influences a lot of how well I sleep, so I thought this will be a great thing to add to your sleep tracker.
You can always just add your health-related habits to your usual habit tracker and have such a cluster for all your habits.
Just be careful with this – tracking too many habits can become a chore and overwhelming.
A mood tracker is a must-have spread for me pretty much every month. I started using it when the pandemic hit to help me stay sane, and it helped so much that I kept using it.
Here is another fun idea - you can actually track your habits on a weekly basis, rather than creating a big monthly tracker. It's a great way to start small with your new habits.
A habit tracker can be a powerful tool to level up your savings account, like this one here. I love that the creator also added here the purpose of the savings journey. I think it creates a more motivational attitude when you're clear on your goal.
Here is a big monthly habit and mood tracker, and I really love how clean it all looks and how well divided all the habits are. You don't have to do mini calendars, but I find that it gives some helpful information - maybe you'll see if you do your habits better during the weekend than the work week.
Skincare is important at any age, but let’s be honest – life can be busy, and you can easily start skipping some steps of your routine.
This is no good, though; you and your beautiful face deserve better! So, create a little tracker like this and follow through with it daily.
Here are a few ideas on how you can approach habit tracking in a more creative way. I would say these are perfect to use as your mini habit trackers for your weekly spreads! And the idea is pretty fun to have trackers that are
Here is a biut horizontal habit tracker that is still compact and allows you to track more than just one habit. Since the creator here used a bit of a larger journal, they managed to fix two trackers here, which is always useful - you get to see some correlations between them as the month goes on.
This is my little book tracker. Here I will be writing the books I read until I name all the books. Yeah, I know there aren’t that many here, but I’m starting up on my reading with small steps.
These kinds of trackers are great as yearly pages when, let’s say, you set a goal to read a certain number of books, and you fill it up as you go during the year. It feels pretty satisfying to have all the books named once the year is over.
Studying piano is hard, I actually played piano for four years when I was in school.
Dropping it was one of the silliest things I could’ve done.
The important thing when you study piano is to remember to practice, and this tracker doesn’t only allow you to see which days you practiced but also what exactly did you play – love it!
This set of trackers is actually two pages, so the creator could fit the entire month in an A5 journal. I love the aesthetic design the creator went with and how, for mood and sleep, they chose to do a graph format.
I’ve been totally obsessed with listening to podcasts. They can be anything – good education, good entertainment.
Whatever you need, you can find it in the podcast form.
So it can be a fun idea to have a podcast tracker. You can either track which episodes you’ve already listened to or maybe just see how many times a month (or a week) you listen to them.
Circle format is something you can also try with your habit tracker, and I think these designs always look extra special and stylish.
A yearly cleaning tracker I created to keep all the cleaning organized.
I like this tracker and how it helps me to remember to do some cleaning tasks I usually forget about.
I love how this meditation tracker is divided by how much time you actually meditated.
I must say it’s amazing to see that one day the author meditated for 30 minutes! I just started picking up the habit of meditation again, and so far, 15 minutes is pretty much my limit.
Here is one of my own horizontal trackers for the month. I love this format because all habits are together, so I can see right away for each day what I did and which habits I kind of skipped on.
I really love this tracker because there is just so much here to keep you motivated. Not only a savings tracker but also a no-spend day and, most importantly, the reason for savings.
I always find that when you have an exact reason why you do something, it really helps to stay motivated and keep up.
We mostly saw here monthly habit trackers, but here is one for a year. It can be a tracker for pretty much any habit you're ready to commit to for an entire year.
