December 2020 Bullet Journal Setup
The time has come for us to create our December Bullet Journal setups, so let’s do it together!
I went with a fun Bullet Journal theme – Christmas llamas. I hope you’ll love it as much as I did.
December is of course the holiday month, so I thought I’d add a little bit of holiday in my Bullet Journal as well, but with a slight twist.
So this time I didn’t consult you on Instagram because I already had a perfect theme in my mind – Christmas llamas! I love Christmas, I love llamas and they are actually from Bolivia where I live right now, so it’s a win-win!
If you’re looking for something more traditional Christmas, be sure to check my post 67+ Cutie Little Christmas Bullet Journal Ideas.
And, of course, don’t forget to scroll until the end to see my Plan With Me video.

Supplies
So the big thing this time is – I’m switching to a new journal and it won’t be Nuuna.
As much as I love Nuuna, I really wanted to try a journal with a better paper, and when I got my white rainbow journal from Archer and Olive I knew it would be the one for me.
I’ve been using Archer and Olive journals for a while now as a memory journal, creative journal, collections journal, and more, but it will be the first time for me to use it for my day-to-day planning and also the first time since forever to actually use an A5 journal.
To be honest, I’m really excited to try out more interesting pens and markers in my daily planning because, unfortunately, my Nuuna couldn’t handle things well.
Oh and if you decide to get anything from Archer and Olive – be sure to use code MASHA10 which will give you 10% off your order!
Among other supplies, I used for this setup are Sakura Pigma Micron fineliners, Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pens, and of course, my Zebra Mildliners.
I also used a little bit of washi tape from Simply Gilded. With the new journal, I’m trying to add more new elements to my planning.
Cover Page
I started with a happy little holiday llama and a simple header for the month.
Before I used a pen though I thought it’d be pretty funny to call it Llamember instead, so that’s what you see there.
Yup, these are the kind of things that make me smile, no shame!
Monthly Log
This went much better than I expected. I really didn’t think I’d be able to fit it all in one A5 page but it fit perfectly! Very happy with it.
I might need later to create a separate brain dump spread, but we will see how the month goes.
Mood Tracker / Habit Tracker
I feel like my idea with Christmas lights was genius, because it allowed me to have enough space to add my habit trackers.
It really has been something that worked for me for so long that I wanted to try to keep the same format in this new journal as well.
Gratitude Log
My forever companion is my gratitude log, one of the main pages that helps me stay sane during this hard year.
For more on this spread check my post Gratitude Log And Why You Need It In Your Bullet Journal.
Brain Dump
Would you look at this, just as I was writing that I might need to create a brain dump I totally forgot that I actually already created one.
Yeah, December is a very very busy month, and I have a few new work projects starting, as well as the first step to another life-changing thing I’ve been dreaming about. Fingers crossed for me guys!
But the point is I’m already so stressed about all the things I have to do that I really need some extra help, and brain dump is an incredible instrument to fight overwhelm.
Be sure to check my post Brain Dump For Calmer Mind to learn more about how a brain dump can help you.
Plan With Me Video
Finally, here is my Plan With Me video. It’ll show you how simple it is to draw these cute llamas, so maybe you’ll create a llama theme yourself someday!
What theme did you choose for December?
