Easy Header Ideas For Your Bullet Journal
Headers are some of the best ways to add a little spark to your Bullet Journal pages without spending too much time.
In this post, I’ll share with you some easy Bullet Journal title ideas that you can add to your BuJo even if you’ve never done anything creative.

Headers and titles are a great way to add some creativity to your journal, as well as highlight and divide the information you add to your pages.
And the best part is that you can create something cute that would stand out without any previous experience and without buying ALL the stationery available to you.
I gathered quite a few ideas here, and you can find even more at the end of the post, as well as a free creativity mini-course.
Let’s dive in!
Easy Header Ideas
What do I mean by easy headers? In this post, it means something that is easy to replicate and doesn't require any special skills, like brush lettering.
Super cute-looking headers, and as you can see, none of them require brush lettering. I also adore the little green accent.
One more set of fun headers, but this time with a different color accent. I love all the different font ideas here, so fun and creative.
Speaking of fonts, these are super easy, and yet all look wonderful and very different. You can use them for headers as is, or add some banners and frames around.
These cute cozy headers will help you create the most aesthetic pages. and if you take a closer look, you'll see that they are not as difficult to replicate as you think from the first look.
I love how these headers play with color. Just by adding some fun, colorful background, you can add a lot of variety to your title styles.
Beautiful set of headers and a great example of how you turn your usual handwriting into aesthetic headers with just a few color accents.
Here is another example of how much variety you can create if you just use one pen. It's not about having al lthe stationery; it's about how you use it.
Some of these do require a bit of brush lettering, but even without those, there are still so many fun ideas for your headers.
You can definitely use these headers for more than just goals, but I love these ideas, especially that contrast of style with block and cursive writing.
I love this idea of adding texture to your letters to make them stand out. And just a simple frame makes the header look so different.
One more set of headers that play with adding designs inside the letters. And this one is kind of hidden - did you guess what the theme is here? It's Vinnie The Pooh!

Stationery For Bullet Journal Headers
There is a limitless amount of pens and markers you can use for creating headers, but here are a few of my recommendations.

Sakura Pigma Micron
Finaliners are definitely the best pens for drawing and decorating your notes or journals. Some of the best fineliners out there!

Zebra Mildliner Highlighter
These are my absolute favorite pens; you probably will see them on 90% of my pages. The colors are beautiful, and you can also find them in a brush pen form.

Tombow Dual Brush Pen
I love these brush pens and the fact that they come in such a crazy amount of colors. Plus they have a double tip, so if you don't know how to do brush lettering, you can always just use the marker tip to do some faux calligraphy.

Staedtler Triplus Fineliners
If you want to add color to your headers, you don't have to use markers. You can definitely just use colored pens, and these are fantastic.

Journal Stencils
Finally, try out using stencils; they will help you not just with fonts but with fun and creative banners. This set has 30 different ones and is very affordable.
