Free Bullet Journal printables can be game-changers for adding a little more flair and function to your spreads. Whatever your planning style and aesthetics are, a good sticker can take your planner from plain to practically perfect.

That’s why I’ve created and now sharing with you these free printable stickers for planners that you can download and use right now. Whether you’re planning your week, tracking habits, or just adding personality to your pages, these printables are here to make life easier (and a whole lot prettier).

Grab your scissors, your favorite pens, and get ready to take your journaling to the next level!

If you’ve never dabbled in printable planner stickers, you’re in for a treat. I’ve always loved stickers, to the point that I often find myself being afraid to use them.

I have to admit, the costs of fancy sticker packs add up quickly. That’s why printable stickers are such a game-changer—not only are they budget-friendly, but you can find exactly what you need without leaving your couch.

Printable planner stickers are digital files, usually PDFs or high-quality images like PNGs or JPEGs, that you can download and print yourself. You just need some sticker paper (regular printer paper works too if you’re okay with using glue or tape), a printer, and scissors to bring these designs to life. You download, print, cut, and boom—your sticker collection grows almost effortlessly.

And the best thing is that just like with real stickers, there is a wide variety of styles and designs. Whether you’re after functional labels for tracking habits or quirky designs to add flair to your layouts, the options are endless.

Plus, you don’t run out. If you fall in love with a design, you can just print it over and over again. It’s the perfect way to bulk up your stash without breaking the bank!

How To Print And Cut Stickers

Before we look at the stickers, let’s have a quick chat about how to use them. For the longest time, this was something that stopped me from using the printable tickers, and I want you to know all of this clearly.

It’s all pretty easy, and the secret is for you to have the right supplies for the job.

So this is what you need:

  • Printer. You can absolutely print stickers in a print shop, but it would be so much more convenient to do it at home and probably cheaper as well. Trust me, once you get hooked on printable stickers, you’ll start printing a lot. I recommend HP ENVY Photo 7155.
  • Paper. You need something to print on, and I would recommend using sticker paper; it’s easier that way. My favorite paper is Online Labels Sticker Paper, which is also pretty affordable.
  • Cutting instruments. Cutting stickers is probably the part that worries people a lot, and there are a few ways to deal with it. If you use a lot of printable stickers, I’d recommend investing in a cutting machine, which can also be super helpful for many other craft projects. The two top choices are Silhouette Cameo and Cricut Air. But don’t get too scared, you don’t need to have those to enjoy printable stickers, a pair of scissors (I especially love sewing scissors for more detailed work) or maybe even a craft knife would do the trick just as well.

If you decide not to use sticker paper, there are a few more things you might need.

  • High-quality printing paper. At least if you are printing black and white stickers and planning to add color later, if the paper is not of high enough quality, it might damage your pens. I recommend trying HP Premium Paper.
  • Adhesive. You’ll need something to add your paper stickers to your pages, and I recommend trying an adhesive like Tombow Adhesive. I find it works so much better and cleaner than using glue.

And that’s it. As long as you get the supplies you need, all you have to do is print them out and cut.

Now, if you use any cutting machines, this is a bit of a different conversation. I don’t know about Cricut, but I had a Silhouette machine, and there is a blog post you can find at the end of this one with a link to step-by-step instructions on how to cut your stickers with a Silhouette machine.

I also created several different decorative stickers; they are there just to help you create an entire theme in your Bullet Journal. Or maybe set a tone for any particular layouts in your planner.
