Weight Loss Bullet Journal Page Ideas
I find that the hardest thing about losing weight is to stick to a certain regimen and to stay motivated to keep it up.
I can create a perfect workout schedule for myself, but it means nothing if I don't combine it with good eating habits and drinking enough water.
And even with that, I can still slip up and lose my motivation in a week.
These Bullet Journal pages will help you to approach the process from all sides, cover all aspects of your weight loss journey and stay motivated to keep on going.
Set And Plan Your Goals
When talking about weight loss, the first step is o set your goals. How can you get there when you're not sure where you're going?
Start with figuring out what your goals are and creating a plan to achieve them.
A weight loss tracker can be a good idea to set your goals and track your progress.
Just make sure you're realistic about your goal because otherwise, you're just setting yourself up for failure.
Watch What You Eat
All your hours at the gym will not be worth much if you come back home and eat a bag of donuts. (hiding my face in shame because that's what I do as a reward for actually working out)
You need a plan for your meals if you want it to change, so here are a few pages you might consider using.
It seems like an annoying thing to create, but it will help you so much on your weight loss journey.
And it doesn't have to be something as huge as a monthly plan; you can start small by making a weekly plan or maybe just planning your meals one day at a time.
If you can't commit to planning your meals, at least you can track your meals with a meal log.
That way, you'll be able to see what are your eating patterns and in which area you might need to pay some extra attention.
Track Your Sleep
Another very important part of losing weight is getting enough sleep. And I always feel like sleep is the first thing to go; it's like we're too busy to get a good sleep.
But if you have a good sleep, you'll feel better; you'll have more energy to make better decisions about your food and workout.
Plus, sleep also affects your metabolism. Good night's sleep can help you maintain the optimal metabolism rate for your age and your body.
A sleep tracker can help you see your sleep patterns and figure out the perfect sleeping schedule for your body.

Water Intake
Another important thing that helps you with weight loss.
Drinking enough water can help you suppress your appetite, increase your metabolism and make exercise easier and more efficient.
An easy way to make sure you drink enough water is by having a water tracker in your Bullet Journal.
There are many ways to track water in your journal; you can click "read more' to get some more ideas.
And be sure to get free printable water trackers in the Resources Vault. If you don't have access yet, you can just sign up at the end of the post.
Track Your Workouts
If you're serious about weight loss, there are tons of different workouts you have to be doing. I'm really bad at that, so I can't give you any recommendations on what to include.
But I can tell you that creating a Bullet Journal page with your workout schedule can be very helpful.
This is a great example of planning your workouts.
It includes different exercises, and it gives a space for you to actually mark every time you complete a workout. And this is a great motivation to keep on going.
If you're not ready to commit to a hard-core workout regime, that's fine. There is something easy you can start with - just walking more.
And to track that, you can create a steps tracker like this one. For more inspiration, you can always check my post Step Tracker Bullet Journal Page ideas.
Workout Challenges
Sometimes having a workout routine can be, well, boring. I don't know about you, but I get bored with doing the same things every time so easily.
If you're also like this, it can be a fun idea to participate in different workout challenges. That way, you have extra motivation, you keep on switching your workouts, and you get an extra feeling of achievement once you're done with the challenge.
What a stunning spread for your monthly challenges. I love that there is a motivational quote at the bottom.
And this one is for the entire year, but you really don't have to start like that. Feel free to start with just one month and see if this works for you.
Track Body Measurements
Tracking your measurements will definitely help you see better your progress on the way to your perfect weight.
This is such a stunning tracker, and I love the illustration of Jessica Rabbit.
But of course remember, that you can create a simple table if you want to. You might not have the time to do anything that illustrative, so never feel like you have to.
