Yearly Bullet Journal pages are more than just a way to stay organized—they’re a canvas for creativity and self-expression. These pages act as a blueprint for your year, offering space to design layouts that truly cater to your goals, personality, and lifestyle.
The best part? There are no rules. Your yearly pages can be anything you want them to be. Whether you’re looking to plan out your goals or help you with your health and wellness journey, there is a yearly page for it!
The only thing I would advise you is not to overdo it. It is very tempting to add ALL the pages right away, but it can be really overwhelming and can simply turn a journal into a chore.
We don’t want that! We want your Bullet Journal to be something you’re excited about every day. So think hard about what pages you will be including, and always remember that even though these particular page ideas are yearly if they don’t work for you, you don’t have to keep using them.
And, of course, be sure to scroll until the end of the post to get some FREE printables, including yearly pages that you can try out in your journal right away.

Stationery Recommendations
Before we dive into the spreads, let’s talk about some supplies that you might need to create these pages.
Well, not really need, because you can definitely create your pages with just one pen, but more like some special supplies that will make it more fun and exciting.
So let’s stay motivated, and let me share just a few of the pens I think you’ll love.
- Fineliners. You’ll need those to draw all the lines and tables. Plus, if you want to decorate your tracker with doodles, these will be perfect as well. Currently, Sakura Pigma Micron are my favorite fineliners.
- Colorful pens. If you want to add some color to your entries, a set of colorful pens could be your best tool. Lately, I’ve been loving Paper Mate Flair pens.
- Brush pens. Small ones are great for creating beautiful headers or doing any type of drawing. I recommend using Tombow Fude Brush Pens.
- Makers. You’ll need a good set of markers, and Zebra Mildliners are my favorites. But really, markers depend on what kind of color you like.
Ok, let’s dive into the pages themselves, because I can keep on talking about stationery to no end.
Yearly Bullet Journal Pages
I wanted to do more than share with you some ideas. I want to show you different styles and aesthetics, so I gathered pages from different creators as well.
Let's dive in and pick some yearly pages for you.
One of the first pages that I think about when we talk about yearly pages is something related to goal setting. Level 10 life is a fantastic technique to help you evaluate your life and set goals that align with your true intentions.
A bucket list is a fantastic way to add spice to your everyday life. It's easy to get buried under all the daily tasks and responsibilities, and just like that, months and years pass by. A bucket list is there to remind us to take time and do fun things for ourselves.
Starting with your bucket list for a year is a great way to dive into this practice.
About me is one of my favorite pages and the one that you'll find at the beginning of my every journal. I think it's great to do a little check and see who you are and where you are in life.
For me, it's almost like a personal photo at the beginning of a journal, so every time I open my old journal, I can see in detail what version of me it was who wrote there.
Plus, generally, it's a fun and creative page that also allows you to express your personality and maybe try some things you won't try on other pages.
This is something you can include at the beginning of your journal: a review of the last year, or maybe at the end of your journal. Either way, it's. a great way to check what's happening with your life and where you're going.
Or, you can make it more like a very fun memory keeping page, which is also pretty important and sweet.
A future log is a layout that allows you to have a bird's eye view of the year. I love this layout and definitely use it a lot! It's one of the basic pages I recommend everyone to try, and you doesn't really have to make it so details with the mini calendars if you don't want to.
A good approach to your yearly pages is to things what is something you need help with. Having a cleaning schedule like this one is super helpful, that way, you know what chores you need to do when to have a clean and well-organized home with no fuzz.
This is actually a yearly mood tracker, even though I see that this particular creator turned it into a temperature one.
But either way, it works - you color each day a certain color to symbolize your mood. Be it from good to bad or a certain color to a specific feeling. Considering how important and impactful mood tracking is, this is a fantastic idea.
But as you see with this page, anything can be a year in pixels, so let your imagination flow.
I have never seen anyone using this layout, and it's not necessarily a practical one, but not everything in your journal has to be about getting organized and reaching your goals. it's totally fine to get creative and do something just for fun.
This layout shows the color schemes you'll use the entire year for your monthly setups, and I think it's a very interesting and different idea.
Choosing a word of the year is a very powerful practice that helps you set your yearly intentions and hopefully stay motivated as the year goes.
I love using my journal for memory keeping, and this layout is about that. For every month of the year, I added a photo that symbolizes the biggest thing happening that month. It was super fun, and I'd definitely recommend trying out this page.
If you read a lot, you might want to have a page with your yearly reading achievements. There are many ways to approach it, but my favorite is definitely this layout with decorated and colorful bookshelf.
If you are planning to hit hard with your health and fitness goals, you might consider doing something like this layout. It helps you to see different physical activities you've been doing during the year and keep yourself accountable and motivated to keep up.
Yes, birthdays are something that can technically just be added to a future log. But maybe you have a lot of people, or birthdays are really something that you need an extra page, so you can think of gifts and all the preparations. Creating a layout like this could be a yearly page idea for you.
This layout is a shortcut for easily dividing your page into equal parts and, therefore, speeding up the process of setting up any pages in your Bullet Journal.
When it comes to managing your finances, I really think it's a good idea to have a yearly overview with some non-negotiable payments that you have to make every month.
That way, you can see better where your money is going and plan your spending habits better.
