Bullet Journaling is one of those amazing tools that adapts to just about anything you need. Whether you’re tracking your fitness goals, meal planning for the week, or managing your daily tasks, your journal can morph into exactly the system you need. And yes, that includes skin care. The beauty of a Bullet Journal is how flexible it is—it’s like having a blank canvas to create solutions tailor-made for your life.
When it comes to taking care of your skin, things can get overwhelming fast. With so many products, treatments, and routines popping up every time you scroll online, it’s hard to know what works.
Do you need the 12-step routine everyone’s raving about, or will a simple cleanser-and-moisturizer combo do the job? This is where your Bullet Journal steps in like a personal assistant for your skin care needs.
You can use it to record what products you’re using, when you started them, and how your skin is responding. That way, you’ll know exactly what’s working and what’s just hype.
By using your Bullet Journal to simplify and stay consistent, taking care of your skin becomes less of a guessing game and more of an intentional practice. Over time, those small, consistent steps can lead to a healthy, glowing complexion—and who doesn’t want that?

Stationery Recommendations
Before we look at the pages, let’s talk about stationery! You’ll need stationery to create your Bullet Journal pages. And even though you can do it all with just one black pen, it’s more fun when you have a variety of supplies and colors that bring you joy.
So here are a few of my favorites:
- Fineliners. These are the blood of every Bullet Journal page and are perfect for drawing and adding grids for any layout. I recommend using UniPin or Sakura Pigma Micron, each of these come in sets with different nib sizes so you get several line thicknesses.
- Markers. Something to add color to your pages if this is your cup of tea. This choice depends on the colors you like; for me, it’s all about Zebra Mildliners and Tombow Twin Tone markers. But I also highly recommend using Crayola Super Tips; they are great quality, come in so many colors, and are quite affordable.
- Brush pens. If you want to add some beautiful brush lettering to your layout, you’ll want a brush pen. For colorful, I’d recommend using the Tombow Dual Brush pens, and for small tips and dark black lines – Tombow Fudenosuke.
- Stickers. It’s a fun way to decorate your pages, and I especially love using stickers in the skincare pages. Here are just a few awesome sticker sets I can definitely recommend: Planner Sticker Pack (Rest is Self-Care), Spa Sticker Set, Skincare Sticker Sheet, Self care and Beauty stickers.
- Washi Tape. This is a fantastic and easy way to decorate your pages, but you can also use washi tape in a lot of practical ways. I recommend you check out Washi Tape Shop, since they have a wide selection of all types of designs and sizes, and you can find something that fits you.
The world of stationery is very wide and I can keep on talking about it to no end. So let’s just stop here are dive into the ideas instead.
Skin Care Bullet Journal Ideas
There are plenty of ideas for pages you can create to help keep your skin at its best, as well as even more different styles and decoration ideas on how to bring those to life in your Bullet Journal.
Here, I gathered 17 ideas and inspirations from different creators so you can find something that fits your needs and aesthetics.
Let's dive in!
Let's start with my very first skincare routine spread. Unlike normal people, I had a different type of routine for different days of the week. So, this layout is actually just my evening routine.
I'm not that crazy anymore; I simplified it a lot. But it would still be useful to create a page like this even now, more with extra treatments I want to do like special masks and peelings.
There are so many different treatments and skincare items always being released; I think it makes sense to create a big wish list for all the products you want to try.
And yet, I know that this particular wish list has more items than just skincare, but it still has plenty of skincare items, and it looks super cute and stylish.
If you're not used to having a multi-er every day of all the steps you decided to takestep skincare routine, building something more like a tracker could be beneficial. That way you have a remindser every day of al lthe steps you decided to do.
It's pretty important to have a clear idea of what kind of products help you with that. Because some concerts go away, your skin changes, so you might not end up using the same products all the time.
A layout like this could be very helpful so you always know what items to reach for if you have a specific skin concern.
We all are probably sick of hearing it, but it's true. Your skin looks and feels better if you are properly hydrated. So you might want to consider using a water tracker to help you keep up with your hydration goals.
With skincare, kind of like taking care of your hair, it's all about staying consistent to start seeing the result. SO tracking it all is a great way to keep up with the routine.
I love his layout for its incredible brush lettering and beautiful cute illustrations.
This is not a tracker but a routine layout with the current steps to take. I love the colors the creator used and the lovely little skincare doodles.
Korean skincare is fantastic and famous for always coming up with new technologies and skincare brands. So, having a separate list of Korean products makes perfect sense to me. The only thing I would add here are the different devices.
Again, we are coming back to the idea of having a tracker to see that you do all types of skincare activities every day for the best result. I especially love that the creator used little icons for different skincare habits.
I loved this one, because the creator added a lot of interesting and useful details to it., like the skin type and some masks that work for their skin.
I'm also madly in love with their handwriting, isn't it just stunning!
If you deep-dive into skincare and try to understand what to buy and what works for you the best, you need to understand what ingredients are there and what kind of skin concerns they tackle. This layout is there for the creator to remember some ingredients that they like and that work for them the best.
After all, it's more about the ingredients than just the brand of the type of the product.
This is another weekly skincare for my evening routine. As you can see, it has some changes from the steps I added before, because I like to play around and try new things to see what works the best with my skin type.
We all talk about beauty sleep for a good reason - a good night's sleep can help your skin look better. That's why it might be useful to have a tracker like this one, so you can see clearly how many hours you're getting and if this is enough time for you to properly rest.
The easiest layout for your skincare routine is just to list all the steps like this. With all the changes I've made to my routine to work better for me, it hurts me to look back at this list and see what I used to do!
There are so many products out there to try and choose from! So when you find one that you love, and that works for you, you want to stick to it. And it's useful to put it on a separate Bullet Journal page so you always remember and do not get distracted by all the other shiny new things out there.
I love how this creator didn't just make a list but made it in a very fun and creative style.
I love this layout because I love everything with kraft paper. But also because it's a very well-organized layout with clear steps to take for your skincare every day.
It's also useful that the creator mentioned at the bottom the exact concerns they are fighting and left space for notes. That way, they can mark how their current routine is working and see if they need to make some changes next month.
Last but not least is this beautiful layout with colorful illustrations. I'm not sure what language it is, but I love that the creator has some notes for each step.
