Before we look at the trackers, though, let’s talk about some supplies that you might need for recreating these in your journal.
So here are a few of my favorites that I’m sure you’ll love as well.
- Archer & Olive journal. I often find that having a pretty and high quality journal is already something that motivated me to use it. These are my absolute favorites! Oh and the best part – you can get 10% off with my code MASHA10.
- Sakura Pigma Micron. A great fineliner is a staple of every Bullet Journal page. These pens are smooth to write on and perfect to draw your spreads, plus they have archival black ink. Beautiful! And they come with different nib sizes, so you can add a bit more variety to your lines.
- Tombow Dual Brush Pens. These brush pens are amazing and can create beautiful brush lettering, but they also come in 100+ colors, so you really can find something that fits your aesthetics.
- Washi Tapes. I love the idea of decorating your pages with washi tapes. It’s an easy way to add spark to your Bullet Journal pages, and there are so many designs to choose from that you’ll definitely find something that fits your style.
- Tombow Fude Brush Pen. These pens are perfect for beginners, with a smaller tip which is easier to control. They are great for creating those smaller brush lettering headers on your pages. But they are also great for drawing!
- Stickers. There are plenty of practical and decorative stickers out there that would help you with creating the most intricate pages in half the time. This particular shop is my favorite with their gentle designs that just automatically make me think of cozy evenings with a book or spa days.

Starting with one of my favorite trackers - a mood tracker. It helps [s you track your moods and learn so much about yourself and how you interact with the world. I love making a mood tracker kind of like a coloring page, with a doodle for each day!
A habit tracker is probably the most used type of tracker. It is an essential tool to help you establish new habits and get rid of old ones. As you know, our life is defined by the small things we do daily, so having a habit tracker can be the way to success.
Trackers are also very helpful when you want to improve your physical health, and here is an example of a weight loss tracker. I wouldn't say I like tracking the weight; I prefer tracking the measurements. But if this is the way you do it, here is a wonderful example of a tracker that wikll help you visually see your progress.
Here is a little tracker you can create for fun or for general education. There are so many books out there, and tracking them can help you ensure that you read everything you want. It also gives you a visual representation of how far you've gone on your reading journey.
Doing cleaning chores around the house is not necessarily the most fun activity, but with a cleaning tracker at least you'll have a system that will allow you to make it quick and organized
If you have any plants, you'll definitely need a plant tracker that will allow you to stay on top of the care your plants need.
Tracking your expenses can be the first step towards controlling your finances. You can start small with a weekly tracker, but I think a monthly tracker would be more beneficial.

I include a lot of health-related trackers here for some reason, but I'm sure you don't mind since they are so beneficial in ensuring you stay on top of your health.

Skincare is so important, and I know I have a lot of steps in mind. A tracker like this will help you always remember all the things you do to keep yourself beautiful and glowing.
Sleep is crucial for our lives, for everything from physical to mental health. Having a sleep tracker, will help you ensure you're getting enough of high quality sleep.

When it comes to mental health struggles, there are plenty of symptoms and hardships to monitor to ensure you are always ready for what's to come. A mental health tracker like this one is definitely a must-have.
Drinking enough water is an easy and impactful thing you can do for yourself, yet how often do we actually drink enough water? A tracker like this one will help you establish this habit and watch your health and wellness improve.
Last but not least is a period tracker, which, as every girl knows, is a useful page and will get you an entire overview of your year.
