It’s always good to have extra help and a reminder to find some time for yourself and your needs, and your journal can help you do that and so much more.
In this post, I gathered some of my favorite ideas on how to use your Bullet Journal for self-care, but there is always more to explore. Think of some things you’re struggling with yourself, and it will give you plenty of ideas to try.

Stationery Recommendations
One more thing before we dive into self-care bingo page inspirations is a little talk about stationery, since you’ll need some supplies, and the choice out there can be overwhelming.
So, if you need some recommendations on the supplies to help you express your creativity:
- Fineliners are the basis of all your Bullet Journal pages. I recommend Sakura Pigma Micron, and that set also comes with different nib sizes, so you can have a wider variety of line thicknesses.
- Markers are what you’ll need if you want to add some color to your pages, and the choice of markers really depends on your color preferences. I’d recommend Crayola Super Tips since they come in many colors, are pretty affordable, and can also be used for brush lettering. For colors, my favorites are Zebra Mildliners and Tombow Twin Tone.
- You’ll need brush pens if you want to add brush lettering to your Bullet Journal pages, which always elevates the look of your spreads. I’d recommend using Tombow Fudenosuke for smaller tip brush pens and Tombow Dual Brush for larger brush tips and more color options.
- Washi tapes come in many colors and patterns and are an easy way to add more fun and creativity to your spreads. I’m sure you’ll be able to find something that fits your style and aesthetics.
- Stickers are another little shortcut when it comes to decorating your spreads, and just like with washi tapes, there are so many different styles and types of stickers that you can definitely find ones that fit your style. My favorite places to shop for stickers are Etsy; RoseKPaperCo and ShineStickerStudio are my favorite sticker shops there.

Just remember when you pick pages not to do all of these at once, you don't want journaling to be overwhelming. So think of your needs, pick a page and try it out first, if it works - wonderful, if it doens;t let it go and try another one next.
Ok, let's dive in and look at some of the pages.
First and foremost is this layout, which, for me, is a motherload of self-care - a page where you brain dump all the things you can do for yourself. I also like adding them in different categories so it's easier to find one that fits the moment.
One of the easiest ways to incorporate new habits is by creating a routine around it. The same can be applied to your self-care rituals and habits, and this tracker is a perfect tool for that.
Self-care doesn't have to take a long time or be elaborate; it's not only about having a spa day or taking a two-hour bath. It can be useful to have a page like this just to remind yourself how easy and simple it can be to show some self-love.
If you're struggling to find more time or prioritize your self-care, it could be a fun idea to create a page like this one. Turning self-care into a game helps you get more excited and motivated to keep on going.
I love this list because it 's helpful, but also just creating it helped to reduce stress and brought me joy. It's asklways nice to spend some time thinking of all the things that make me feel warm and fuzzy,
When talking about self-care, it's important that you understand your emotions well so you can adjust your routines to help you feel better. A mood tracker is an irreplaceable tool for that.
Let's look away from all the misspellings and just look at the page. These are all the little things that can help bring some dopamine and get a boost when things are low. Again, it's always useful to have a page to reference like this instead of trying to come up with an idea when you are already feeling drained.
I absolutely love this idea, and more people should try doing that. No matter how small, there is something you did today that can count as a small victory, and we all deserve to feel good about it.
Skincare for me is the easiest form of self-care, and having a page like this helps me to stay on top with all the little things I can do to look and feel my best.
A good quote can motivate you, and just the process of creating one is an act of self-care for me. Plus, it can be a fun idea for the first page of your self-love journal.
Last but not least, this is the layout for your daily affirmations. Our mind is very affected by how we speak to it, so it can be a useful habit to start speaking to yourself in affirmations and build new neuropaths towards more self-love.
