35+ Enchanting Fall Bullet Journal Themes and Page Ideas

Sharing is caring!

It’s Fall time once again, and today we’ll be looking into some Fall Bullet Journal theme ideas, as well as some cute page ideas you can create for the season.

Fall is a wonderful season full of inspiration, so get ready for some great ideas.

I do love Fall. Of course, it differs from place to place – in my hometown, fall usually means lots of rain. Like LOTS! In Beijing, Fall is one week that starts with you wearing shorts and ends with a down jacket.

But however tricky the weather is, the season is still very beautiful with its bright colors and a nice chill that allows you to enjoy cozy sweaters without needing to wear 5 of them to stay warm.

There are also so many smells and seasonal things happening! All the new coffee drinks in Starbucks, the smell of freshly baked pies.

So yeah, I love Fall, or at least a part of it that is nice and not so cold. I can’t stand cold!

And with this season upon us, let’s look into some themes and page ideas you can add to your Bullet Journal.

First, we will look at some themes, then we’ll jump into holidays happening during the season to inspire you.

Afterward, we’ll look at a few pages you might want to add to your Autumn Bullet Journal setup and finally – I’ll share with you tons of Fall BuJo inspirations from different creators.

Let’s dive in!

Fall Bullet Journal Theme Ideas

This was not easy, because I already have a post with 15 Stunning Fall Bullet Journal Theme Ideas, and I didn’t want to repeat myself.

However, it seems like I managed to come up with a few more fun ideas nonetheless.

Fall Favorite Things

Think of all the things you love about fall and include them all in your Bullet Journal setup.

Lattes, cozy sweaters, pumpkins, candy, and pies. Just add ALL of these things to your spreads. Kind of like I did in my March Self Care themed Bullet Journal Setup.

I wanted to include one more example of this theme since it’s a really cute one.

This time all the favorite things drop into a coffee cup – two theme ideas on one page!

Pie

Speaking of all the things that you love about the season, how about some pie?

I always loved pie, but I had no idea how much until I actually went to the USA and had some good ol’ American pie. Life will never be the same!

And let’s be honest here – pies are the best during the harvest season, which happens – during Fall! The air is already full of the sweet smells of fresh apples, a pie is just the next step.

Or maybe make the whole theme about baking; why limit yourself to just pies!

I did baking as a theme for printables for my Patreon last year and I had so much fun with it. I’ll definitely be trying to do this theme in my Bullet Journal one day.

Witches and Black Magic

We do have the spookiest month of the year during this season, so you might as well use it to add some black magic to your Bullet Journal pages.

It’s a lot of fun and you can go in so many ways with this theme! Do traditional black cats, ugly witch kind of theme, or maybe go for a more natural black magic with flowers, herbs, and chrystals.

Or! Maybe do a tarot cards theme? Basically, anything magical and mystical can work.

I love this take and the b beautiful colors used, but I wanted to add here also something a little bit more menacing.

Moon and taros cards are definitely a part of witch lore, so I found it is an amazing idea to use as a theme. Just look at this awesome page below.

Hygge

Hygge means feeling cozy and charming, and what can be cozier than Fall with its warm sweaters, warm colors, and sweet kitchen smells.

Why not use that feeling as a theme in your Bullet Journal.

Fall Colors

Another way you can go when creating a theme is to create one based on color. Choose your favorite seasonal colors and just use them for decorating your pages.

This can also be a good solution if you’re a bit too busy to be extra artistic and need something very simple.

I also decided to include this cover page because the yellows here are just so beautiful and bright.

I also really like how it kind of looks like these are scarves.

Candy Corn

Candy corn is probably the best of all Fall candies. Whether you love it or hate it you can’t disassociate it from Fall.

If you want to make it a bit more interesting, try animating your kernels by giving them different facial expressions. Could be really fun and will allow all your spreads to look differently, even if it has only candy corn decorating.

Bonfire

Fall is a perfect time for bonfires. They warm you on slightly chilly evenings and are a great goodbye to summer.

I couldn’t find any inspirations for this theme somehow, but if I ever do (or maybe do this theme myself) I’ll include it right here.

Art

Fall is so beautiful and full of amazing colors and changes; it really seems like a perfect time of the year to commemorate an artwork.

If you’re a more artistic person – you can just add little pieces of art to all your pages.

If not – why not decorate your pages with different art supplies? Show the world your love for all things stationery!

Self Care

Fall is yet another transitional season, and just like in Spring, you need some more love and caring for your mental and physical health.

So self-care can be a cool theme to explore this month.

Kraft Paper

Kraft paper looks so cozy and simply screams Fall to me! It can be a fun theme to experiment with the contrast of paper and a more scrapbook approach to decorating your journal.

Below is my November cover, but you can check for more inspirations on Kraft paper ideas in my post Cozy Fall Bullet Journal Inspirations With Kraft Paper.

So here are some well-known (and not that well-known) holidays happening that season that will surely spark your imagination.

Fall Bullet Journal Page Ideas

Fall is a special season, so it requires a special approach. Here are a few pages I think you might find very useful during these months.

Fall Bucket List

Of course!! There are so many cool things you can do only during Fall, don’t miss out on all the fun, and create a bucket list.

If you want to get some ideas on what to add to your Fall bucket list and get inspired by bucket lists from other creators – check my post 31 Fall Bucket List Ideas and Bullet Journal Inspirations.

Wish List

Whether you live in the USA or not – Black Friday or some kind of similar shopping haven is happening in Fall. And you don’t want to lose the opportunity to save up and get the things you’ve been dreaming about at a discount.

Create a wish list of things you want and consider buying and check the process during the holiday, it might be just the right time to treat yourself to something special.

Quote Page

I love creating quote pages – they aren’t just pretty but also bright some more happiness to the day.

I feel like it’s especially important to have some positive quotes during Fall because it’s the time when nature is going to a long sleep and it can be hard mentally.

Maybe a fun quote reminder is what you need to keep your spirits up!

Quote Page In My Bullet Journal | Masha Plans

I know this quote page with the flower decoration really has the Spring vibe, not really a Fall one.

That’s why I’m also including something a little bit more on the season.

Self Care Page

Pay extra attention to yourself and your needs with a little self-care page.

Mood Tracker

Fall is always a difficult season for me. It’s getting cold, trees losing leaves and it can feel like something good just finished.

My body starts needing more support, as well as my mind. But we all are so busy that it’s really easy to forget about the change and not pay attention to the signals. Nothing good will come from that!

Use a mood tracker to see how you’re doing, and make sure you pay enough attention to yourself.

Gratitude Log

Fall is THE gratitude season. So a gratitude log is definitely a must. It will help you to adjust to the new climate, all the changes, and be grateful for the beautiful summer memories instead of sad that it’s all over.

Psss, be sure to check my post Bullet Journal Gratitude Log For Happiness In Life.

Fall Bullet Journal Inspirations

Finally, here are some Fall-themed Bullet journal spreads that I think will inspire you when creating Fall setups in your own Bullet Journal.

I love checking other people’s work because it’s a wonderful source of ideas. Not to copy, of course, but maybe get inspiration for a color scheme or some fun elements to add to your journal.

Sarah has such a beautiful style, I love how happy and magical this spread looks.

Note how cool she decided just to add lines to signify shadows in the mountains. Such a cool way to add a little bit extra to your doodles.

Leaves in beautiful oranges, yellows, and browns are classic fall themes, so of course, I had to feature this cover page.

I really love the block letters used here, so pretty!

One more thing I love about Fall leaves is that they can be in any color possible!

And that’s why I love this page so much – the colors are so vivid and beautiful, and even crazy colors like the turquoise color look natural here.

Ok ok, I promise this is the last one with leaves.

But I just love this theme so very much.

Theoretically, this is not a leaves theme!

That September, I wanted to use my Ghibli stickers, and I just decided to add to eat some leaves so it kind of looked more like  Fall.

27 Coffee Bullet Journal Theme Inspirations & My November Plan With Me, Cover Page | Masha Plans

For November I chose a coffee and books theme, and I absolutely loved it!

Drinking coffee with a good book seems like a perfect Fall evening, so why not bring this coziness to your  Bullet Journal pages as well?

Oh and if you’re thinking just about books, I also have a post with Book Theme Bullet Journal Inspirations.

Woodland creatures are super fun to doodle and it can be a very cute theme for Fall, of course.

I just love that this little fox also reads a book; isn’t that super adorable?!

Wreaths are a great way to decorate your cover page, and of course, in Fall you can replace flowers with Fall leaves.

And yeah, I know it’s not a circle, but I feel like it’s still a wreath, just a geometrical one.

Fall might be a bit too cold for camping, but it’s worth it – the nature is so incredibly beautiful that season.

I like how the artist used very beautiful yet muted colors for the trees.

Speaking of beautiful Fall nature – that’s a wonderful theme for Fall, and Rachel did absolute justice to it.

It took a while for me to see the title of the month, but when I did I was in love with it even more.

This is such a cozy piece, and it just has the essence of Fall in itself.

One more page by Sarah; I really can’t get enough of her style.

There is something here that makes me think about dark but still warm evenings. Maybe it’s the mix of beautiful yellows and pastel purples.

Don’t want to create a wreath with leaves? No problem, mushrooms would work just as well.

And I must say I really love how she played here with colors and just black and white doodles. Looking great!

A great example of a Fall landscape. And did I mention how cute that tent is? Almost makes me want to go camping myself.

Also really liking the lettering for the word “September”. I can just bet she used Tombow Fude for those.

More mountain ideas. Seems like it’s a pretty popular theme for the season, and I can absolutely see why.

Again note how just a few lines in the shadow and on the light side of the mountains really added dimension.

I know in Fall I’m all about the colors, but looking at this spread I’m pretty in love with the idea of uncolored doodles.

I was about to say that I would probably use a grey brush pen to add a shadow when I saw that she actually used lines to add shadow inside the doodles. How clever!

Love me a good quote and a pretty cover page, and this one combined both of these ideas.

I also must say that I’m starting to really love the muted pastel colors for the Fall setups. There is something very comfy and cozy about them.

September is traditionally a back-to-school season, but omg this is an entirely new level!

I usually just go with stationery doodles myself, so I knew I had to feature this spread as soon as I saw it.

Stippling is a technique of drawing something with dots. It does take forever, but the effect is very cool and unique.

The artist used stippling to add more fun inside the wreath, and I really really love how it came out.

That mix between the bright colors of the leaves and the black of the page. Such an awesome idea!

I probably would just use some markers that have even more vivid colors to increase the play on the contrast.

Woodland creatures theme takes to a whole new level!

As always, Isabel created an art piece on her journal pages.

Erin is always very creative with her journals, and if you want to get inspiration for the blackout book or Neapolitan journal – this is definitely the account to follow!

I love that she found those shimmery colors for her coffee and pie, they are just perfect for these doodles and stand out very well on black paper.

A great inspiration to bring nature to your Bullet Journal pages.

This little piece is a bit easier than the beautiful deers of Isabel Hoops, but it’s still incredibly beautiful and perfectly displays all the beautiful Autumn colors.

Love this cover and the beautiful details in it, like the lettering and the little tab.

I loved using tabs in my journal with washi tape, but using a pre-made one with month names already seems like an even better idea. I found these cool ones on Amazon.

Nabaa is one of my favorite artists, and she has a very unique style.

I must commend her for the colors she chose here. The dark green is very Fall style, and the gold reminds me of the gold of leaves during this season.

Another take on the coffee theme this time by talented Estrella.

Really want to note the beautiful vapor coming from the cup – it looks so natural and cozy.
